SwiftPublisher makes it wasy to create all marketing materials. I liked it for creating emails that were visially impressive.

Learning how to use the software took longer than I anticipated, but once I got into it, there were no issues.

Particularly whenever using my Mac, Swift Publisher makes it simple for me to design and edit commercial  my brand items like labels,  catalogs, brochures, business cards and more. It is easy to use and is a great alternative for Publisher for Mac users.

Swift Publisher is only available for Mac users.

Swift Publsiher makes it easy for me to create designs and layouts such as brochures, flyers, business cards for print. It was particularly useful when i had a problem with publisher and it served me just as good saving me time.

I found this software to be quite "Mac like" - I was able to layout a 40 page graphic book in minutes. This is NOT inDesign, but I am able to meet the client's needs without spending time and money . . .

I am struggling a little to work with the gutter bleed that inDesign does, but I can work around that.

Swift Publisher allows me to easily design and modify business paper needs, such as my brand product labels, busniess cards, thank you cards, etc. especially when working on my mac.

I have noticed Swift Publisher is exclusively better for mac. Otherwise

Swift lets me see my page layouts in a way that is very user friendly and easy to modify designs and layouts.

The learning curve is very low and allows to make and augment simple designs without any major training.

Does have limitations over a traditional design program, but takes very little training.

The templates are gorgeous. The variety is very good for the price of the software. I love that I can make a professional looking piece of marketing (brochure, flyer, newsletter, etc.) in no time at all.

It took a bit to learn how to use it but nothing major if you have used this type of thing before.

If you need more options for templates than the boring MS Word templates and especially if you are using a Mac, then I recommend this product.

I have created newsletters, brochures and flyers in a smaller amount of time by using their templates.

It is incredibly easy to use. It's got a lot of useful tools that are perfect for creating and importing graphics to fit what you are writing and what you want to publish.

Only works on Mac and Apple products. If I want to switch over to a Windows computer, I can't use this software. I have to import my work from the Windows product to this software.

If you don't have a Mac, don't waste your time. If you do have a Mac, you need this software.

Layering moving graphics over the top of stationary graphics is always a problem, and yet customers constantly want this effect with their media orders.

For years I used microsoft publisher and found it to be the best, user friendly tool for creating documents outside of high end programs that are outside the scope of simple projects I create. Once I switched to mac, my biggest frustration was publisher not being available, and pages isn't comparable on any level. After searching through multiple options I found Swift Publisher and it was the closest thing to publisher out there. Very intuitive and useful to create documents when you are wanting more options than the limitations found in Word.

The only dislike is that because it's a smaller company and program it isn't compatible for most people I might share documents with. I can easily save as a pdf and pass it on, but unless another person also has Swift, they won't be able to work with the document themselves.

I'm able to make great looking documents in an open space without the confinements involved with using Microsoft Word. I don't have the need for the larger Adobe Suite products nor the time to learn them, so Swift is the perfect creating solution.

It is hard not to mention price when asked “what do you like best” I say it is almost a steal for such powerful desktop publishing software.

With the huge amount of (500 +) templates, you will always have a good place to start. Very handy when you have a non creative moment.

There is not much to dislike. It might take some time to get to know where all features are located within the application.
This is the case with any (new) software obviously.

Download the trial version from the Swift Publisher website and play around with the software. Then you will likely come to the conclusion that is indeed a steal and you will proceed and purchase. 
Then I recommend getting the “Extra Pack” which will extend the already generous Clipart collection with 40K images and 100 additional fonts!
