I like that it is easy to find what you're looking for. Everything is just a click away.

The least helpful is when the search fields auto-fill after clearing the fields and navigating to a different page.

I am unaware of any current problems with LMS.

The support team can be a bit slow. And also the LMS 5 system will occasionally crash for no reason.

LMS is able to handle very complex legal billing capabilities, while helping to simplify processes.

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Receipts Mostly Easy to navigate system
What do you like best about SurePoint Legal Management System (LMS)?
It's an easy to navigate system with a lot of different reporting options that can be narrowed down and filtered for ease of finding information. Also, the ability to export into excel for organization is a big plus.
What do you dislike about SurePoint Legal Management System (LMS)?
Honestly, the help sight is frustrating. The way that it pulls up EVERY article with a word in when trying to search for a specific thing is a lot of unnecessary things to weed through to try and find an answer. I wish there was a way to filter things more

Surepoint has been great and very user friendly.

Surepoint offers several ways to view things in more than one area which allows users to set up and manage it in a way that suits best for them. They also have several ways to learn more about the program and offer great customer support.

LMS can lag and have errors abruptly throughout the day.

I like that the system is easy to understand and navigate. I love to have all the necessary data in one place for a better understanding of what's going with my cases.

Haven't found anything that I dislike a out this yet. So far it's been a great experience.

Having all the client information in one place. There's no need to have a different software to go and find information. You can use LMS to save all the necessary data in the clients file.
