We fully understand that the integration of our first iot device was a new expericance for the 42Gear team but during the process we was kept infromed of the progess.

No real dislikes and understnd the time needed to impliment a new device and protocol. We would like it to have happened a lot quicker but this was no fault of the 42gears team.

42Gears is a partnership so we can together promote our hardware as a full end to end iot solution. Using 42gears for our back end soltuion gives us credability to be able to offer a secure scalable solution to our partners.

I like SureMDM because it enables us to restrict our field staff from misusing company issued smartphones voice and data bundles. Restriction only allows usage of this bundles for business purposes only. The Company Phone is also protected from being used by unauthorised persons.

At this stage we have not experienced or seen any disadvantages of the application. It has worked perfectly for us.

As mentioned previously, it has helped us manage the smartphone resources that we have issued to staff for work purposes. Cost Savings for the business.

Basically, SureMDM covers 99.9% of all our business requirements in terms of the services that are offered. Once you know the functionalities, it is straightforward to configure.

Its not really a dislike, but there are so many features and functions and sometimes if can be a challenge to configure it. It would have been a great idea to have a short user/admin course that comes with the subscription.

It allows me to manage more than 3000 devices remotely. It allows me to do their automatic enrollment and manage the devices with Zero Touch Enrollment. It also allows me to control the users access to the device, preventing unwanted data wastage.

Cost-effective solution, Great support with Instant response time.

I would suggest short Tutorial Videos that show step by step setup procedures.

Mainly provide the ability to prevent user interference by navigating away from app or changing display settings

Easy to manage devices using one console, excellent technical support anytime, easy access to console v3, customized settings as per user requirement and great price structure against the competition.

Sometimes taking more than one day to provide solutions. But that is not a significant issue because of offers a complete solution.

Secure our devices, install applications as per our requirement from one console while devices are in different locations, and check issues remotely of devices.

I provide remote assistance to my field officers through MDM for the security of the company's data and when needed.

It's pretty user-friendly, and the learning curve for non-tech users is very short. It's fairly priced compared to competitive MDM products.

After about one month usage, we haven't come across an area where SureMDM required an improvement.

SureMDM helps us manage our Sales Team across multiple geo-locations.
