Suredone is simple to learn and has a robust import/export feature. Tech support is also quick and willing to help. Setting up the program was fairly straightforward. It has the ability to integrate with other programs and makes marketplace and website inventory syncing as simple as possible.

At times we've found that ensuring products are actually live and actively listed on marketplaces can be a bit tricky but we found some quick searches that we saved in the program to help us more easily find products that are not live.

The level of automation in SureDone not only makes listing / maintaining products faster and easier, it also reduces errors/inconsistencies across various marketplaces. We sell auto parts, and SureDone's fitment engine greatly simplifies and speeds the creation of fitment EPID's for eBay.

Occasional issues when changes to the platform are made by SureDone. If they happen, these are rapidly and effectively addressed via SureDone's excellent customer support.

The team is excellent to work with from onboarding to monthly follow up calls to check in to see how things are running! Their ability to problem solve current and future issues is unmatched. They are willing to get their hands dirty when neccessary and truly propel you to succeed. SureDone can be extremely powerful and with great power comes great responsibility. You can change and modify data rapidly which could be bad if you don't know what you're doing. A simple saved backup file is amways recomneded when making changes so that you can always revert back in an emergancy.

SureDone is allowing us to better handle all of our product data. This has allowed us to clean up errors scattered over years of product launches. This is also allowing us to rapidy change with the ebs and flows making us more competitive in the markeplaces. SureDone has also sped up our product launches significantly with it's ability to use excel for a majority of product input. This allows us to grow our footprint and allows us to do more with less labor.

Suredone fills all the needs of my business. My company uses Suredone every day and the platform is 100 percent stable. Its easy to use and I can easily create custom fields to suit my needs which was one of my most important requirements. Its has integrations (plug ins) with all the major marketplaces and connecting them is simple. I have tried all the competition and Suredone is hands down the best. Customer support is top notch.

It would be nice to be able to customize the product editing fields for each user. Currently if you change the editing field layout it changes for everyone logged in.

The primary problem Suredone solves is time. I am a one-person show trying to manage stores on Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and our website. I could not possibly manage this by myself without help. Suredone provices that help with their websites that interface with all four selling platforms.

It lists items to eBay and our ecommerce platofrm and ensures that pricing and inventory are always in sync across these platforms.

The setup takes some time to configure the way you need it to. Once it is up and running there are rarely issues.

The special site to publish, synchronize and sell in all online businesses and businesses, prompted by the comprehensive programming interface for users. It has very relevant characteristics, but we always find small things that make our work difficult, there are errors when updating the system and this delays the activities that I have planned a bit. Of all the platforms I've tested, SureDone has the best bulk upload/download flexibility and capability that I have seen. I do a lot of bulk uploading/downloading, and picking what columns you want to use makes life a lot easier. Many other platforms require you to maintain a template that might have 10, 20, or 30 mandatory columns that have to be filled out. With SureDone I can bulk upload/download with as little as two columns or with as many as I want. The other great thing about Surdone is the custom fields and mapping. I can create as many custom fields as I want and map them to any marketplace field.

Support for more than one warehouse. I have three warehouse and it would be nice to set quantities for each warehouse and pirority of which one to ship from.

SureDone has made it easy to bulk upload pricing and stock for all my marketplaces. I sell on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and my BigC website, and setting pricing and stock has been a lot easier with SureDone.

It made the ecommerce store a breeze to manage.

There were a series of glitches that came up during the period of me using it. Either it was my internet connection or Suredone's software.

Especially if you are starting an ecommerce business, SureDone provides the vital components to get your business started and to maintain your consistent and new clients.
