What do you like best about SureCloud?
Flexibility is a key strength. The platform can be tailored to meet a customer’s exact needs.
What do you dislike about SureCloud?
There’s a lack of colour configuration options, and the designer section feels clunky to use.

Quite intuitive and easy to navigate from a user and admin perspective.

What do you like best about SureCloud?
SureCloud has been straightforward to implement and tailor to our framework. It’s intuitive to use, so our teams have adopted it quickly. Whenever we’ve needed adjustments, the brilliant support team has responded promptly and actioned the changes without delay. SureCloud comes with a wide range of great features and apps which has helped us bring multiple workstreams together in one place.
What do you dislike about SureCloud?
We don't have any material dislikes to report. Any bugs have been quickly resolved.
What problems is SureCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk and control self-assessments and action tracking were manual and driven from multiple spreadsheets, making it difficult to manage, track and follow-up with the teams. SureCloud has brought all these workstreams together; improved efficiency through automated workflows, increased the visibility of tasks and actions through reporting and notifications and enabled risk and control owners to get a clearer picture of their positions whenever they want. Ultimately we're able to spend more quality time talking about our risks and opportunities rather than preparing and assessing the data.

SureCloud products have rich functionality which has enabled our organisation to maturity it's approach to risk management and security compliance over the last 18 months SureCloud engagement since implementation in April 23

SureCloud have a very customer centric culture. Engagement with all the SureCloud teams is positive whether that's Support, Delivery, Account Management or the senior team, they are very responsive to all that is asked of them
What do you dislike about SureCloud?
SureCloud's products have evolved over the last 15 years, this means some of the functionality doesn't work as we would have expected, whilst SureCloud are anyways very helpful when fixing issues, it would be better if these issues didn't arise in the first place
