Simple, intuitively easy to read layout, which helps with keeping up with tasks a lot more efficient. It's also very refreshing to see such responsive cusomer support, who really do care about their project and user experience.

To make the layout even easier to navigate, it would be nice to be able to color code projects and task cards somehow, because when there's a lot of ongoing projects, it could become a little harder to spot what you need while scrolling through everything.

Superthread is a very handy tool for keeping remote teams organized. The interface is clean and easy to use, very straightforward even for brand new employees. The support team is also quick to help when needed. I really like the features like labels, tags and assignments, and how simple it is to keep track of tasks when they are presented in the form of cards and checklists.

The only downside is an occasional bug that redirects you to the homepage as if you've been logged out — though it usually resolves itself after a reload. Overall, it's a solid tool with great potential and strong usability!
