Striven is very user-friendly and, being internet based, it is accessible from anywhere! The way it is laid out makes it easy to edit and add information. Cannot beat the quality for the price and customer service has been great! Here at BCD Doors we plan to continue to use Striven for our inventory and bookkeeping needs!
Sometimes it feels like I'm creating my own program with ALL the options available. It is difficult to grasp the concept of what I'm doing, and how it's going to effect use of the program.
Striven has assisted with being able to keep better track of inventory which has allowed for more time to be dedicated to our production and customer service.
Striven is easy to navigate and easy to learn. Striven has everything that is needed to run a business efficiently.

Striven is the first system I have used for business purposes. I have no complaints and have found it has met my needs so far.
Being able to have everything I need to run my business in one application, where the data is not in silos, but unified. Reduced the duplicated data entry, reducing risk of error. And everything is easily accessible on our phones too.
We had to find a work-around for a some minor things, but the resolutions are already in development and hopefully to be released in the near future. Meanwhile, we are having to manually input our retail sales until it can sync with Square.
Team communication, client and project management, tracking leads, bookkeeping all in one place. Increased productivity and allowed our business to grow exponentially these past couple of years.
Holds people accountable. Click system. Transparency. The user interface is user-friendly. I think it does a great job of connecting different teams in a simple and organized way.
Only thing I would suggest would be to allow different contacts to have the same email address. Many small offices use one central email address for the staff.

The platform is easy to use. For me, I love how you can be in another office/state; everything is in the system right away so other employees can be up to date.
I dislike that every time I log in, I get an email, gets me every time.
I use it mostly for invoicing and billing.
