Make Tech Simple - Happy

I've been extremely happy, they are Brave New World from Zoom. I'm 54 yo salesman, and they make tech simple for me.

Can't talk about scam billing practices becasue I have not tried to cancel, but would be very disappointed.

I don't understand the negative reviews. StreamYard work brilliantly for us in building a Podcasting audience. The software is developing and adding new features every time I go in. There are things you might want to add, but generally it is an excellent bit of software that works for me and my team. Compared with other systems, it is the best one for a team using the system, whereas others are for the individual podcaster working alone. I would highly recommend it and its growing capacity.
I would love for it to have an inbuilt teleprompter system for short recording, but having written it here, I wait to see how long it takes for this to be included. The team listen and is pretty responsive to ideas.

Satisfied new user.

As one of Streamyard's newest users, I have to say I'm truly impressed with the tool so far. I tried another streaming service and encountered ongoing YouTube connection errors and was never able to connect to Facebook, after several weeks of trying. I signed up for Streamyard and have found it to be user friendly, easy to setup and fun to use. I was fully setup in about an hour, and have successfully tested many livestreams.

The majority of the negative reviews here seem to be centered around billing issues and not the service. When I signed up, it clearly stated auto renewal would be in place and it would be up to me to cancel. If I find a need to cancel later, and I do so before my renewal period, I'll simply take the necessary escalation measures to obtain my money... should that need ever arise. For now... I'm happy with it.

What do you like best about StreamYard?

I have used StreamYard for a few years now and it is super easy to use and very intuitive

What do you dislike about StreamYard?

The price for multiple streams - it seems unfair to charge for additional streams as the technology is the same, but I guess that is how they make their money

What problems is StreamYard solving and how is that benefiting you?

When Covid forced us to stay at home I was able to continue doing my show, TechKnowledgy, from home. I have not gone back to a studio and continue to do the show from StreamYard.

Simplicity. Real ease of use. Anyone can jump on and use it straight away. Affordable packages and great support from their team.

What do you dislike about StreamYard?

Could do with a StreamDeck integration. Audio mixer and ability to stream portrait video.

High quality recordings. Easy to invite people and bring them onscreen. Custom layouts allow for BSL interpreters to be onscreen throughout making our streams accessible to all.

Excellent user experience

I’ve been using StreamYard since 2018 and I’ve always appreciated the platform, timely updates and fast-response to any issues we’ve had. I use both the livestream and recording functions 3-4 times per week.
