There is a certain level of technical set-up required, which can be challenging to get your head around at first. Some more advanced WP plugins like WooCommerce and AJAX search aren't supported.

Strattic is super fast, super secure Wordpress hosting that's great value and really simple to use. The customer support is absolutely top tier, the team are fantastic and always quick to respond.

The content management process can be slightly more complex as you're pushing from a single environment to preview/live and it's very easy, when you have a lot of content editors, for something to accidentally be pushed live when it shouldn't be.

It's taking the hassle out of wordpress hosting, I spend less time stressing over security and having to immediately update the platform and plugins. The overheads of plugins is reduced using strattic so you can do more without worrying so much about the impact on your sites technical speed.

Their customer service is excellent and helpful, particularly during the migration. The end product is super fast. And we don't need to worry about security much at all.

The entire process to date has been very smooth. Some adjustments are needed to facilitate their product, but they have excellent docs and guidance to assist. Once you know what needs to be done, it's pretty straightforward.

There is a little bit of work required to get familiar with the change in architecture. Once this is done, it all falls into place.

There is a much smaller security envelope to compromise. The site itself can't be served to end users any faster. Deployments of new code have a much lower risk.

This is hands down the easiest way to convert your slow, decrepit wordpress site into a snappy, full static rendered webpage that will have your pagespeed scores improving by orders of magnitude. Fantastic service and a great team, and it's owned by Elementor!

There is literelly nothing I do not like about this hosting software. Nothing.

It is providing the easiest, most robust in UI static site builder on the market. Complete with AWS cloudfront deployment, your site is always guaranteed to be up and running, and with a static deployment it will be faster than your competition. Hosting so good, I don't even want to tell you it exists.

Customer service was amazing when helping troubleshoot an issue. Page loads are super fast and traffic loads are never an issue!

No real dislikes at all. The only feature that I would like added is the ability to have more staging environments.

My website can be hit with lots of traffic with many concurrent users at particular times and other hosts just can't handle it.

1) Their system: All the ease of Wordpress + speed and security of plain html.

2) Their support: super quick response from folks who actually know what they are doing.

Not such a big deal, but the number of logins / passwords required is annoying when onboarding new staff.

It is unavoidable for the system to have the two layer security and offline wordpress. Required, but annoying. Strattic– don't try to fix it.

We couldn't be happier with the support we received from Strattic. They helped us with the transition to a static website and were very prompt with their responses and always available.

We did have one plugin that wasn't compatible with Strattic but the support team quickly recommended a similar plugin that was compatible and worked fine, so it was no problem at all.

Couldn't recommend Strattic more highly. I was thoroughly impressed with the product itself and the exceptional customer support made the whole process of moving to a static website seamless and enjoyable.
