Recovery feature on the clienteles data. Very reassuring to have a recovery program for this need.

Dislike how its a separate program. Although its a separate program the functionality of it being on a separate program is justified and I would have no problem purchasing this again.

Have experience no difficulties as of yet. Benefits are the recovery of corrupted files.

It takes some time getting used to. Set up can be long.

Preventing data loss and recovering data if lost.

The ease of use. Set up your new, blank, QuickBooks file. Click, "Select File" and browse to the QuickBooks file needing recovery, and click on, "Scan File". Walk through some of the entries and click on, "Repair". You then walk through a step-by-step process that allows you to review the data from within the application prior to doing the actual repair.

The recovery file many times contains ASCII characters where the credit card number and bank :"Account Number" (in the account properties, your actual bank account number if entered). This is very difficult to explain to the client and so needs to be copied and pasted one at a time.

Aside from having to re-enter some fields filled with ASCII text (bank account number and credit card numbers) and also changing the "Preferred Payment Type" to blank to those credit card numbers with the ASCII characters in them, it works great. It's very fast and efficient and worth the money.

When customers come to me with a slow QuickBooks file and/or corrupted QuickBook file, this is the solution I turn to when the file is no longer usable. If the customer wants the file repaired, this is what I will use. If the customer wants to have data removed from QuickBooks (to create a smaller file) then I do not use this software and go through the file in a very painstaking way and use other software to both recover and condense the file to a usable format.
