I liked how this software recovered lost files.

It didn't recover everything that had been lost.

It saved us from permanently losing our clients files which we're accidentally erased.

This software is easy to use and was able to recovery data from a corrupt card

It did not make me a latte' while I waited ;)

Media production house, clients shoot with digital cameras (photo and video) sometimes cards have format issues or data gets deleted before its used.

I enjoy yhr intuitive and easy to use interface. If you are familiar with their Windows recovery product, you'll be pleased with the ease of use and familiarity.

I have encountered some difficulty with it recognizing some drives. I have also found if the photos were deleted and/or the drive formatted, you may as well select the deep scan option because the regular one won't cut it.

Like with any software product that doesn't have a fully functioning trial option, do your homework and ensure the software provides what you need.

I've not used it at my current employer but at my last employer we frequently had to recover photos from construction sites that were thought to be lost due to device failure, broken devices or user error. We were able to recover important job related photos and that was a huge relief.

I do think that this software is effective at recovering lost or damaged images from memory cards or computers. It is also very easy to use and the scanning time is shorter than those of the cheaper programs that I have used.

I have used other programs that were able to do the same things and those programs were either low cost or available for free download online. Granted, this particular software has a nicer interface and seems to be faster than the free ones, but I think it is overpriced.

Do research as there really are lots of alternatives that are available online.

Just last week, one of our photographers was able to use this program to recover photos of a client site from a damaged memory card. It helped us avoid a potentially embarrassing situation with an important client.
