Steady helps me to finance my podcast by asking my community for support. Before using Steady, I tried to collect money via a donation button on my website. Many of my listeners gladly supported me with donations, but I realized that offering memberships via Steady is a more sustainable way to earn money as donations are a one time thing whereas my members are very loyal and support me on a monthly basis. This way, I can keep doing what I love while staying independent.
