What do you like best about Statuspage?

What i like the most about Statuspage is that it allows me to easily stay in touch with my clients and clearly update the state of our services for them. I also like the possibility of internal use.

What do you dislike about Statuspage?

I would like a more clear learning path for this tool, a certification is not really neccesary but at least a learning path provided by the brand could help to adopt this solution faster for organizations.

What problems is Statuspage solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps my organization and client by automating the procces of communicating to everyone the state of our services. Without it there would be a lot of work contacting clients and stakeholders.

What do you like best about Statuspage?

First of all it's an amazing piece of software since it's hosted and operated by Atlassian. It has great reputation - every serious company on the technology and internet field is using it - because the visualisation is as simple can be while it can integrate great API connection and the possibility to add third party statuses that someone maybe using in their software, by providing live updates for the health of their system.

What do you dislike about Statuspage?

It doesn't have an automated system to check if a service is accessible or it responds with a 200 OK status code.

Recommendations to others considering Statuspage:

It just works and you don't need to worry about anything. It handles the notification of the subscribed users with ease.

What problems is Statuspage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manitoring manually many third party programs and software a that we are using for our service. When we locate an issue we can definitely check the availability of the services directly from statuspage's page.

What do you like best?

One of the best things about Status Page is it eliminates so many of the concerns I have in day to day operation. Whether its a bug in our software, an issue a client may have, or even our website direction, Status Page is always up and running and is my second in command I would say. It helps me keep in touch with contacts and I never have any concerns about our webpage being down and not being able to reach out to clients.

What do you dislike?

I would say the only dislike is why didnt my company obtain this software sooner!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving this issue of worrying whether or not there is an issue with my website, contacts or other supply problems, Status Page always has my back.

What do you like best about Statuspage?

Great and clean interface. Allows for issues to cascade to different items tracked. For example a down endpoint can trigger different levels of outage across the tracking. It was very freeform and sufficient to for our needs.

What do you dislike about Statuspage?

Some pieces were not clear. For example we ended up with more issue templates than I would of liked.

What problems is Statuspage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it expose our latency and uptime. It also has basic notification support for our subscribers if a issue does occurs.

not too much to dislike - works well for use case which is getting info out about status of app whenever something is altered

"Easy to use, there when we need it"
What do you like best about Statuspage?

1. Super easy to use - anyone on my team can step in and update the page in an emergency without any special training. It was also very easy to set up and configure when we started with the product.

2. Really good support. I recently complained about a product change that I didn't become aware of until the middle of an outage (which was very stressful!) and the rep responding gave a detailed, sympathetic, thoughtful response that totally turned me around!

What do you dislike about Statuspage?

Honestly not much. There are some limitations in page customizations--you might have more control at the highest subscription level but we couldn't do a fully custom page, which was not a huge deal.

Recommendations to others considering Statuspage:

Honestly, it's a great tool for the price. I would strongly recommend it against a homegrown solution--you don't want to be relying on your own tech in the middle of an outage!

What problems is Statuspage solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Having a status page that's hosted outside of our own products--if we're down, we don't want our status page to go down with us!!

2. Send live updates during an incident to subscribers via SMS & email.

3. Projecting an image of trust & transparency with live integrated response time & uptime metrics.
