It delivers affordable, simple, highly available hyperconverged infrastructure with built-in replication and failover.

These are the things I like best about the StarWind solution. They have proactive and excellent support, simplified management and ease of use, cost effectiveness, reliability and high availability and the fact it came pre-configured.

Integrating the appliance into complex or highly specific network environments can present challenges but StarWind support has been excellent.

Infrastructure complexity. StarWind HCI simplifies this by converging these components into a single, integrated appliance. StarWind HCI offers a cost-effective solution with simplified management, reducing both capital and operational expenses.

From prject inception to delivery and post install, Starwind have been superb. Always engaged and understanding of our requirements and even pushed back on some things they thought would be an unecessary expense was refreshing. The hardware is superbly quick and management interface is relativley simple. 5 star support all the way through, including the migration from old VM's onot the new hardware and followup support after the fact. I cannot fault the service or the system

There are a few 'like' to haves that other vendors provide such as de-duplication and snapshotting but as they have explained there is an overhead to these and we are all about maximising our compute and storage speeds and have not missed having those. Need to be aware if you migrate from a system that dedupes to Starwind there will be an impact on available storage to specify what is required in advance.

The ability to combine storage management across 3 nodes rather than the single point of failure that a SAN has.

StarWind enabled us to move from VMware over to Hyper-V which was the goal of this project. We were able to go from a 3 server + SAN solution over to a 2 node HCA which reduced our licensing and replacement costs. Proactive support has been great at identifying issues even before we noticed and these have been fixed quickly.

We weren't told prior to implementing the system that we couldn't use the Windows based appliance due to selecting NVMe storage while specing the system. If we'd know this may have affected out storage choice although the Linux VM has been fine.

As a non-profit SMB we were hit with Broadcom's acquisition of VMware which looked to greatly increase our costs without providing any real benefit. We use primarily Microsoft technologies and after reviewing the pros and cons, were interested in migrating to Hyper-V and replace some aging hardware. Rather than go for a like for like refresh we looked at other options and StarWind offered more performance and support at a reasonable price. Their proactive support has already proved useful and we get to cut down the number of devices requiring fireware updates.

Amazing value and unparralleled Support.

I truly have nothing to complain of with StarWind, and I complain a lot.

High value, set-and-forget solution for hyperconverged high availability.

It just works! The best thing really has to be the proactive support - knowing there is someone there if something goes wrong 24/7 is invaluable. The solution has helped us to reduce the size and costs of running a date centre and has simplified our managment processes. Set up was easy and supported fully.

Not much to complain about at all. We are really pleased with the solution.

We had an old, oversized data centre that was no longer fit for purpose. StarWind helped up reduce our servers from 6 hosts and 2 SANs down to just 2 StarWind appliances. This will save us thosands in energy costs and in time spent managaing and updating what was outdated hardware.

StarWind HCA for our school district has been incredible for a cost-effective, easy-to-manage, and high-performance hyperconverged infrastructure solution. It has been a game-changer for our district.

Overall, I can't really think of much of a downside here. There could be some slight improvements to the graphical interface side of things.

As a small school district with a limited IT team and an even tighter budget, we were thrilled to discover StarWind HCA. Having previously used Nutanix, we were looking for a hyperconverged solution that could deliver similar performance and reliability at a fraction of the cost.

Very realible and easily scalable. They provide excellence technical assistance and support, that is best part of StarWind. The device is inutive and setup is breeze.

I could not found anything to disklike for this produce, it has been amazing journey working with StarWind HyperCoverged Appliance.

It provide best HCI solutions and simple to use. It is also user friendly and it's dashboard is great to use and manage. Very dependable, reasonable price and simple to handle and manage. The assistance is always excellent .

Its worked on single HCI platform and minimize datacenter efforts , space and Infrastructure.

Nothing for now but if better some more documentation available for implement and benifit.

High performance product with reasonable price is more of a win-win situation for both users and product owner
