I was impressed with the customization of the platform, in our needs. SF support was there to help us in this customization when needed

I cannot say that something is bad in the platform. Maybe when i need to look around for some buttons that they should be more visible for the user

We had all our documentation in word files and excel files. SF helped us to manage our ISO 27001 in one place.

I like that SF allows us to use API's to even further assist to our security needs. I've learned so much through the help desk.

How we can generate a ticket automatically FROM SF, which eliminates manual need.

It’s made managing audits and policies so much easier. When it comes to gathering evidence, everything’s right there and easy to link to specific controls, which saves me a ton of time during audit prep. Managing policies is just as smooth; I can track versions, get approvals, and keep everything organized without having to chase down documents.

Reporting features could be a bit more flexible

StandardFusion has made my compliance work way easier by organizing everything in one place. It solves the chaos of audit prep by letting me link evidence directly to controls, so I’m not digging through folders anymore. Policy management is also streamlined with version control and clear approval workflows. It’s saved me a ton of time and taken a lot of the stress out of audits.

Standfusion is the first true all in one GRC solution that I've come across and has been able to deliver in most and all areas that we require.

StandardFusion has a clean GUI that’s easy to navigate which has helped lower the learning curve and improve adoption across our teams. StandardFusion supports a wide range of standards and frameworks and allows us to map controls across multiple frameworks. It has helped streamline our organization to bring risk, compliance, audit, and policy management into a single platform.

There are limited integrations with our third party tools which makes automation a little more manual. Overall the reporting capabilities are good but still kind of basic.

StandardFusion is a great tool for managing Security and Governance program policies and is extremely helpful to provide evidence during an audit. It's easy to use and provides support for the frameworks we utilize.

I love working with the company. They are extremely responsive and helpful. The product helps us stay more organized and is definitely a step up from what we had before.

Updated 2025: The team we work with is incredibly responsive and the tool continues to improve. We are now leveraging the ISO27001 integration and capturing company responses.

Our biggest challenge is managing tasks and making sure policies are up to date.

Standard Fusion does everything you need a GRC solution to do, it is designed actually with all the featuers of something like ServiceNow GRC but a lot less expensive and much, much easier to onboard with. You don't need a dedicated admin for it and you can have your controls, risk, and audits in there and going within a week or two. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable (thanks Ryan) and are always will work work with to, to include on feature requests. We have been using SF for a almost a year and out entire program is up and running in the tool. If you are a Security GRC function, please give SF a try, you will not be disappointed.

Although Standard Fusion does have some integrations, they need to really focus on getting those built out. To be clear, they have been working on the ones I have requested and have many out of the box. But in the current SaaS environment, integrations are key and this would help propel SF growth.

We run all of our Security GRC functions through Standard Fusion. It helps out with everything we do. For us, it is definetely a "Critical" application.

Really love the intuitive design and user friendly interface, quiet easy to manuever and make changes within the tool.

Honestly havent discovered things i do not like yet.

It solves our evidence gathering issue as we are able to assign task directly to the task owners and have them upload their evidence directly and comment as needed

Upsides are it's a great GRC with a strong sense of connection between all the parts.

Minor things. Doesn't integrate with active directory. Vendor Management could still be expanded. But it does what it does well and they are always improving.

The need for a cost-effective GRC that does what it needs to do and well. Not complicated to use, easy to implement, and customer support is fantastic.

Getting external collaborators into the platform is bulkier than the competition, but there are workarounds.

Collecting all our audit artifacts, mapping them to compliance programs, building multiple risk registers, updating, reviewing and tracking them with respective parties. Building tasks and setting reoccurence reminders, attaching results.
