With the integration of NetStamps, we're able to quickly put together pre-made stamps on preprinted sheets and quickly print out package labels based on the weight of items. I don't handle the printing directly, but I can quickly add funds and we can quickly add contacts. The ability to switch between different cards we are utilizing is a great feature. We have one Stamps.com account, which is convenient to use for multiple business units, letting us switch the funding of where we want funds to sit and things like that.

I think receipts come about is a little difficult. Coming in, trying to access transaction history and printing out the receipts I have those invoices. I usually have to kinda, like, print to PDF of the email to get it. So there's no way to get easy PDF access of all the kind of transactions that have occurred. That can be kind of challenging at times. If we were able to kind of set up funding on different users, let's say, under one account, that would be helpful. Currently, there's just one singular kind of fund account that you can put money into. And for us, if we're managing multiple business units, we may wanna switch cards and switch accounts under a singular account.

I can't think of any right off the top of my head. I've had a couple of times where I've had to reprint a postage label, but that was probably more my fault than it was Stamps.com. I do wanna make sure that their rates stay competitive. There are a few people out there like, I believe it's called Pirate Ship and even eBay has their own postage option on their website. And I think a couple of times, Stamps.com has been a little bit more expensive.
