I can deep dive and slice huge amounts of data in under 5 minutes. I can deep dive by over 50 criteria. Language, country, region, sentiment, emotion, hashtags, phrases, channels, action words, writing style etc etc. This makes my role as a social media manager much easier to do. I can very quickly get to the data I need and download or export or schedule to people within my company or from our project partners. Built in AI highlights the key insights as to why there are peaks or issues of concern.
Some aspects are not possible due to the APIs of the networks e.g. LinkedIn. This means no one can view Sprinklr as the only activity you ever need to do. You also need to cover some aspects in the native channels, but this is rare but you need to be aware of this for any tool.

The customization options for queries, dashboards and reports/exports help you to get the most value from the data. Many of the other social listening tools on the market don't have the depth of capabilities that Sprinklr does, and it truly sets the platform apart. You can gather broad, high-level trends or drill down into specific conversations.
The configuration settings and different areas within the platform where you can make changes can be difficult to find to a new user.

The team assigned to onboard my business was top-notch. They built a robust dashboard in two weeks and fully trained my team and me shortly thereafter. I can confidently access the dashboard and find insights to strengthen my business.
I don't have any complaints. The modules are customizable in the dashboard, and I can do everything that I need to do. Should I ever get stuck (ie: a module isn't working) someone at Sprinklr always helps me to resolve it, and usually, it's me doing something wrong and not the platform.
As a financial institution, we're very concerned that a conversation on Twitter caused a bank run at SVB, ultimately closing down the bank. We are using Sprinklr insights to understand the global and regional banking conversation and how our bank fits in to it. We are looking at volume for certain topics with sentiment too. We're also looking to understand the conversation surrounding our competitors. Recently, we saw a spike in a conversation surrounding The Fed, so we created talking points for the field, based on the info from Sprinklr Insights.
I love how customizable everything is - if there is any piece of data you're looking for you, you can be certain you can find the analysis within Sprinklr. Their support team is also incredible and beyond helpful.
One of the downsides is that while all information is accessible, it sometimes comes with an additional cost. There are insights our team would love to have access to, but we don't have the budget for them.
Our KPI report has become so much quicker to pull now that we were able to build it within Sprinklr, so saving time has been a major benefit. We have also been able to reduce our case handle time due to the monitoring piece of Sprinklr.
