I like the best the feature to troubleshoot the exact area that can coause a data specific issue . Once the root causse is detected it is easier to fix the data to get the expected results on the front end.

You should know the SQL very well however it is a prerequisite for most of the database management tools.

Highly recommend the Spotlight Cloud for saving time and resources in data management.

I am using it for storing and analyzing data. Data integrity is the crustal part of my project and Spotlight helps in achieving the target.

Spotlight cloud's best feature for me is the Heatmap. I can view the status of hundreds of SQL and Windows Servers at a glance, with simple color coding that makes it easy to tell which servers need attention.

My IT Staff have the dashboard up all day and can quickly drill down to view details about why a server status has changed. Since implementing Spotlight, they've caught missed SQL Jobs, or jobs with errors, space related issues, and performance related issues. The IT Team can see when a CPU core is maxing out and can investigate further to find out if something abnormal is happening.

Spotlight for SQL Server Cloud provides my team with an at-a-glance view of over 120 SQL Servers. Our team keeps the heatmap dashboard visible all day, allowing them to jump on any servers that go "red". Spotlight drill-downs provide actionable insights that allow my team to solve the underlying issues in a timely manner.

The greatest benefit is that problems frequently get solved before our customers even notice.

I wish I could acknowledge alarms with a single click instead of two clicks.
