The GUI interface seems friendly. Also overall less complex.
Price of the product. I think the manufacturing company should reconsider the product price.
Easy to use.
Backup transfer to external storage. Faster transfer and easy to use.
This seems to work well. We have had no issues with our backup.
There could be more training developed for staff

I really want to love SpiderOak, they were the first to offer zero-knowledge backup and their focus on privacy is unparalleled. The security is top-notch and they support all platforms.
The desktop applications are incredibly resource heavy for a backup program even beyond the overhead I would expect for encryption. There is no simple way to prune backups so your backups eventually overfill and you have to manually (yes, using the command line!) prune all the old copies. This is an incredibly stupid design. Sync occasionally breaks for seemingly no reason, re-syncing can take hours to days even on a fast connection.
Ask if you *really* need zero-knowledge backup or if there's some other way to implement that outside of your backup utility itself.
Having too many free system resources and having too few files backed up in a secure fashion. It appears one cannot solve one problem without solving the other.
One Backup has extensive functionality to share with excellent synchronization functions. I like that it synchronizes all the files to the folders that I select and at the same time it creates a similar folder in the hard disk that is synchronized there. It also allows me to make backup copies of the files and applications of the system.
SpiderOak has high costs for its storage with the sole advantage of an unlimited number of users. I think it's the most expensive service I've seen.
This service is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux distributions which is a great advantage. It has excellent tools to store sets of files to backup and then restore. It has incredible security, however, its price is very expensive.
One Backup was acquired to make backup copies of files and system applications that occupy a lot of disk space, but nevertheless, its usefulness is important on a day-to-day basis.

It is highly secure and very convenient. Best of all, a Linux client is available in addition to clients for Windows and Mac
SpiderOak apps for smartphones have been discontinued.
For my PhD research, I needed a cloud backup service that was totally secure and safe to ensure the privacy of interviewees. SpiderOak ensured that my data was safe, and included versions in case I needed to recover previous versions of documents.
