It is easy to use and very reliable, I use it weekly without any hiccups or technological issues.

There isn't much that I do not like, I think it fulfills everything that it advertises it can be used for.

Spendwise is extremely user friendly and easy to use. It has completely streamlined the purchasing process of our company and eliminated unnecessary communication and hassle. Also, our rep, Ryan Belcher is extremely helpful and communicative. I feel that he always goes above and beyond when answering my questions.

I don't dislike anything! Spednwise has been integral in helping the company.

Unnecessary communication and being bogged down by emails. Now everything is in one place and those with a license have easy access to what is being requested and purchased.

Staff based at different locations can log-on, create a PO and get it approved seamlessly. We have used Spendwise exclusively for nearly 10-years and have found it to be super user friendly and easy to bring new employees up to speed.

We would like the ability to re-size some of the fields as well as re-name (more than just one).

Spendwise allows greater tracking and transparency of our budgeted expenses. Spendwise also allows greater accessibility to all staff, regardless of location. We all have the same access to the same information and can also update and approve from anywhere.

Would be great if these features / functionalities could be added:

1) Repository for vendor credit notes. When processing a bill, the system reminds the user if there's any credit with this vendor. After billing, the system updates the credit balance (if any)

2) Batch processing of purchase orders. User uploads a .csv file with all necessary PO information and the system generates POs accordingly

The level of organization that Spendwise has provided our inventory is immense. We have seamlessly adapted to constantly going back and forth to Spendwise whenever we have a discrepancy with our deliveries or simply to check in on when we placed a particular order so we can then track it. The search bar alone for determining our ordered products has been greatly helpful and our custom purchase orders have never looked better.

For what our inventory uses it for, Spendwise has little to no issues for us. Every once in a while, a product we have in the system does not come up unless we have added the product name to our description or the name/number section but we are usually able to catch this and over inform the item's detailing.

Spendwise has provided us with an easier way to track all of our made orders as well as provide some of our vendors with a very professional copy of our purchase orders. Whenever our department needs to look up whether an order of an item was placed, the search bar is able to bring up every PO with that order which makes it very quick and easy for us.

Most of orders are Amazon products/supplies for program activities. It is so convenient for the supervisors to email me a list of links. I click on the link, add it to my cart, submit it for approval and have the purchase order complete. Very user friendly.

None so far because most of the things I order are from Amazon.

What we value most about Spendwise is its ability to bring structure, transparency, and accountability to our procurement process. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we operate in a complex regulatory environment, and Spendwise provides a centralized platform that makes purchasing easy, reduces duplicate vendor payments, and strengthen transparency and oversight across departments.

The team at Spendwise has been amazing at assisting us with rollout and continued support, and I cannot say enough great things about Ryan and his team. The only downside I have is with the rollout of any SaaS and the difficult adoption all organizations may face. Even as well-structured and functional as Spendwise is, integration delays still happen due to internal processes.

Spendwise has effectively removed most administrative burden from our organization surrounding purchasing, and has essentially made duplicate payments to vendors a thing of the past, saving time and money.

I like that the process for submitting a PO through billing is quite simple to follow. It helps organize the whole workflow and makes the process much faster.

I think the UI still looks a little outdated, and it can make you feel a bit scared of making a mistake.
