The app was amazing! I'd use it again but the annual and monthly option was out of my price range. However the app was so great at reading my documents! I contacted customer service for a concern and Rohan helped me out. A great rep who handled my concern he was efficient and kind.

I accidentally missed the 7-day cancellation deadline and had to pay for 1 year, which I didn't want to do because I just wanted to try the app. At my request, the order was canceled and the money was refunded. Ms. Shekinah helped me a lot, I think she's a woman, because a man probably wouldn't be that kind! And she even sent me a little heart as an extra for the refund! Thank you very much!

Actually a great experience. I'll be honest, I figured out I had signed up twice, with two different business email accounts. The refunded one without batting an eyelid.
