There is nothing that I do not dislike about Enplug.
This has helped us connect our business in ways we did not think were possible before Enplug. We have been able to keep our employees informed like never before.

When I was first setting up my account, the customer experience team was excellent. The team was very responsive and assisted my needs quickly. As far as the actual service, it has been a breeze setting up for external customer use, and the visuals are outstanding and crystal clear. The customization of the service is by far my favorite part. When you create templates, the editor is very user-friendly and much easier to use, and better than PPT. I love that the service continuously adds updated information to the apps (Because of Wi-Fi connection) like the Stock Market watcher and the Sports Center apps. I also enjoy that I receive complete control to communicate with the product. I can command the product to kill the app, clear cache, and re-start, making solving simple IT problems that much easier. -Sam M.
There isn't much room to dislike this product and service.. The team is excellent, and the product is built to last and is simple enough to use. The company provides instructions and guides on how to get yourself up and running. My 2 cents would be: Continue to add new applications for customer visibility and send over tips and tricks to your customers so they can enhance the Enplug experience every now and then! Thank you!
At my property (Resort), we used to print out the daily weather for guests to see. 1. Enplug has helped us save money on paper 2. Now offers a live feed of updated weather conditions for our guests. The same issue is applied as we used to write down on a board to welcome our VIP guests. Now we add it to a slide on Enplug and it looks nicer and is way easier to update.
I really like being able to change or modify the content from any computer whether I'm at the office or traveling. I also really like that I can break up some of my content with weather updates and news in pictures. I feel like this keeps the viewer engaged. Finally, I like the fact I can adjust how long each slide is displayed. Some slides don't need to be displayed very long such as the weather, whereas some require more reading and being able to adjust how long they are displayed is very helpful.
The support they provide for any questions was easy to schedule. Jamelle, who helped me was great and provided great insight. My sales rep was also very helpful in getting me started. I appreciated that he continued to help me even after I committed to Enplug.
Since I have a total of six televisions that I am using, setting every single one up individually can be time-consuming. However, once they are up and running they are maintenance-free. It's just a matter of updating your content from one source.
I needed to educate my clients about the new services our hospital was offering. Having a captive audience waiting in an exam room is the perfect opportunity to share with them. Since using Enplug we have seen an increase in client compliance with such services as dentals and physical therapy. In addition to services we also use Enplug to updated clients about upcoming pet-related events that we sponsor. Enplug will be very helpful in getting the word out about what is happening in our community.
The Enplug platform is so user-friendly, anyone can use it. Enplug also allows me to be creative: to upload videos with sound, moving images, YouTube videos, social media content, customize displayes, etc to keep content interesting. The scheduling capabilities are awesome to help keep things relevant without having to manually delete expired content or remember to log-in and upload something on a particular date. The Customer Support Team and tutorials available are really helpful - I used them to integrate our Enplug display into SharePoint and to stream Zoom meetings on our iBoard displays. As our Internal Communication team grows, I believe Enplug will be able to continue to support our needs and grow with us!
The Dynamic App Playlist is challenging to understand and I wish there was there was a Microsoft Teams App available, although I hear one may be coming. Sound is all or nothing on the displays and so if I want to show a video without sound, I have to make sure it's uploaded silently.
The Enplug team is super helpful and will help you with your unique situation to ensure that Enplug will be the right fit for your organization. Think about your real-world applications and test before you commit!

The best thing about Enplug is how easy it is to use. It is very user-friendly and has a lot of great easy-to-use templates. But under the hood are powerful tools that allow you to do some really awesome things that can help create an experience for your employees and consumers that is engaging and memorable.
I have not come across anything that I dislike yet. The only complaint I could say is some of the apps don't let you customize the look of it (like the sports one). It would be nice to be able to customize the colors or borders of some of the apps for branding purposes.
I would highly recommend this device for anyone looking to create a unique and engaging atmosphere in your restaurant, bar, or office.
The biggest problem Enplug helped us solve was our menus. We created custom menus in the templates app that allows us to instantly change any of the beers we have on draft while also taking ones off or putting a "sold out" graphic over ones that might return. We are also able to Taproom takeovers which can quickly and easily create a unique experience. For instance, for May the 4th we changed all our marketing screens and menu boards to be Star Wars-themed. It helped create an exciting atmosphere that was easily scheduled to change ahead of time. Same with other special days like Cinco De Mayo. It's fun to see folks interact with the screens through QR codes we have on some of the rotating slides, which has helped us gain Newsletter subscribers, sell tickets, and gain social followers.
I have been using ENPLUG for five years. Self-obviously, I'm really satisfied with this solution. I would say the reason is a sum of factors, like an easy-to-use dashboard, auto content generation, a variety of different apps, that are able to cover almost any client request.
Another big part is advertisement and partners content that we are managing via Enplug. After the marketing campaign, we share proof-of-play statistics with our partners. Enplug allows getting any video/picture playing statistic just in a couple of clicks. It is a really convenient way to prepare after-campaign presentations.
Finally, one of the most significant benefits I have realized, Enplug provide fantastic clients service!
Five years ago there were problems with some of the devices. Fortunately, all this is over.
One more thing, it's impossible to add custom fonts.

Another thing to add, Enplug is sensitive to third-party apps, like IG or FB. As soon as the third parties change their APIs, Enplug's team has to fix the code. The good news is that it takes no longer than a week, and Enplug knows about upcoming changes in advance, so they deploy new code just in time at the mos of the time.
If you are ready to turn on supersonic mode for a marketing campaign and digital signage system, Enplug should be the best choice.

What I like best about Enplug is having the ability to update our devices remotely. I have two devices and if I want to have a picture show on each device for 10 seconds, every 5 photos, I can!
As of right now, I honestly don't have a single complaint. I am a little confused by the company that acuired Enplug... I spoke with some sales reps and they didn't even know Enplug was purchased. It was weird.
Enplug allows us to save time by being able to update our devices remotely. It also allows us to save money on printed materials. Enplug has allowed me to be proactive with its ability to let you schedule things in the future. The schedule feature enables me to enter a start and end date!
Enplug is extremely intuitive and user friendly. There is also a plethora of applications and features available to content creators. Enplug also updates screens in real time, meaning that you do not have to wait to see your changes. The app-based content is engaging and helps keep employees informed.
There are no stand out negatives about Enplug. We have been extremely satisfied with this solution so far. If I had to pick one thing that could be improved, I would say that it would be great to get some additional enterprise applications, such as a Yammer app and other Microsoft Apps like Microsoft Stream.
Many other solutions struggle to stay relevant and require heavy IT support. We chose Enplug for its ease of use and robust features. We are confident that as our company continues to grow and evolve in this digital age, that Enplug's technology will grow with it. This platform helps us to keep our employees engaged and informed.

Enplug software is intuitive and easy to use. Obtaining cost estimates and customer support were excellent and technical support response is very timely. Installation and setup was simple and it is easy to administer the site and its content.
There was very little to dislike. Initial hardware, while inexpensive had some connectivity issues. Enplug upgraded us with Nvidia hardware, which has been problem free. In some cases due to our spotty wifi network, we hardwired the connection without issue. The new Nvidia hardware is reliable and stable and has been on 24/7.
My experience with Enplug has been very positive. They are responsive and provide a stable product that meets the needs of our project. We based our implementation off another divisions use and have been satisfied with cost savings for multiple installations. As in all computing, new hardware upgrades resolved all connectivity issues. We have expanded our initial implementation to include more areas where employees gather. Displays are cost effective and continually updated content that has a visual impact that employees have embraced and are looking for new ways to provide information.
We use Enplug for digital displays for employee information boards. Using their built in apps, we are able to provide real time traffic, upcoming events, employee recognition, company events, custom signage and more. The days of posters and email have been replaced with visually stimulating content that is easy updated and changed. Employees have benefited by timely information that is easily consumed in break areas and various locations throughout the company. Content is easy to update and the hardware provides crisp clean images.
