It would be great if they built an android application to make the platform more accessible. That way, users can continue their creation across different devices and places.

Soundtrap makes it easy to create, edit and collaborate on music as if I'm in a real professional studio. It saves me time, money, and effort. It helps me foster collaboration among my students and colleagues.

It has a very easy user interface, and has a LOT of features to improve your music tracks. The option to add MIDI, multiple other modes of sounds etc. make it super useful. The fact that multiple collaborators can work on the same track remotely is the best feature for me

Soundtrap does not allow tracks to be edited at a microsecond level. Thus, there is often a very minute milisecond lag between tracks which cannot be easily fixed yb zooming into the tracks. This option exists in Audacity and other DAWs

It helps to easily edit and mix my music tracks, and allows my peers to work on the same track online, which saves a lot of time

The platform allows users to create and share professional music using an intuitive virtual studio space equipped with various music instruments, beats, and sound effects.

There is almost nothing that I dislike about Soundtrap. But it would be great if the Studio mobile version had all the features and tools as it is in the desktop versions.

Soundtrap saves time and money that one might spend using fancy studio equipment or professional recording services. It helps me create music projects using state-of-the-art techniques and technologies in the music industry. Also, the platform has efficient collaborative features that allow me to assign and share work with students and interact with students' creations.

When creating adverts and campaigns, it also helps me to create some cool background music for videos. The ability to collaborate with others and produce a very nice piece of music and also its great interface with control buttons to tune in the sound to the desired mode. I also love how Soundtrap can work with any device.

Sometimes it may freeze but this also depends on the device being used, overall it's a great app

I highly recommend soundtrap based on my experience, and I like the interface and the instruments they offer. However it'll be more awesome if they add reset buttons to some areas of the application especially in the instruments section.

We can create music easily with little or no knowledge with the help of helping material offered by the developers

As a professional musician, I was skeptical that Soundtrap would meet my highly perfectionist standards for music software, but I was pleasantly surprised. Soundtrap is easy to navigate and provides a plethora of sounds which aid in creating projects of virtually any musical style.

It would be nice if some of the exclusive premium sound options were available in the free version as well, but otherwise I have no complaints with Soundtrap.

Soundtrap has helped me take my songwriting to another level by providing tools to explore unique sounds that I would otherwise not have tried.

Design and interface feel like a toy. The samples and stems available on the free plan aren't great. Only available to use in browser.

I first got into Soundtrap to use it's capability to integrate with Anchor (RIP) as I wanted to create a radio style podcast to fulfill my childhood dreams of being a college radio DJ or MTV VJ. It inspired me to start making rudimentary tracks to put under notebooks of lyrics I have been creating - also since childhood. So, I had needed to create a podcast and then I wanted to make simple songs and it did that.

I love how user-friendly Sountrap is. The clean design and simple interface get rid of all the bulky side panels you often see in other audio editing programs. They also have a helpful support team where you can chat live with an agent when you're stumped.

I have had issues with Soundtrap using a lot of memory on my internet web browser. Sometimes it takes a long time to load, save, and merge tracks, resulting in the audio disappearing altogether. Luckily, the previous versions feature allows you to go back to a previously saved version before all was lost.

Editing for a podcast with two remote voices can be challenging, but Soundtrap has made it easy for us to stack two separate tracks and view the sound waves easily. Splitting, muting, and merging are the most useful tools available to me with Soundtrap.

The EDU version of the site has many tools for students to create their music. The MIDI functions allow students to connect instruments directly to it and see their music come to life.

For younger grades - this application is not as user-friendly. The functions are limited to the beat creator if you work with students younger than 3rd grade. Different levels of this application would allow for more ages to access it.

I would encourage educators who are considering using Soundtrap to think about the age of their students before they purchase use of the product. It may be better used for secondary students.

My students are significantly more creative when using technology to create music.
