What I like best about SOTI MobiControl is its comprehensive and centralized management console. It provides a complete, real-time view of all our devices from a single pane of glass, which makes managing them incredibly efficient. I truly appreciate how it simplifies complex tasks and gives us such reliable control over our entire device ecosystem. It is a robust and dependable solution that we can always count on.

While I truly appreciate its powerful features, if I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve. Because the platform is so comprehensive, it took a little time for our team to fully explore and understand all the settings. However, once we became familiar with it, it proved to be very effective.

Primarily, SOTI MobiControl is solving the challenge of maintaining security and visibility across our diverse range of devices. Before using it, keeping track of everything and ensuring each device complied with our policies was quite a manual and difficult task.

Easy to use, customer support, features and ease of implementation.

My expectation on a couple of the features is not what I expected. First, when tracking the location of devices i expected more. For example, at first it took us several weeks to work with support team on how to have the devices regularly check in so that we know at all time where the devices are at. so that if a device is lost we can at least know it's most recent last location. This helps us narrow down where the device may have been lost. The other thing that is missing is that there's no way to see all our device's location on a map at the same time so I can see a specific group of devices at once on a map. The other thing I didn't think worked well is to lock a device if it is lost. I assumed that we can lock the device and show a message. There is a way but there's limitations. The lockdown screen easily unlocks if the user swipes on the screen. The message is too small and displayed at the bottom of the screen. I would rather it be displayed up front and center of the screen so that it stands out.

I like SOTI MobiControl because of its Customer support, which has been very helpful whenever I reached out. They guide me well through any issues with quick response.

I use SOTI MobiControl frequently, almost daily, for monitoring and pushing updates.

Overall, I like SOTI MobiControl software, but there are few things that can be improved liked its deeper settings can be difficult to navigate. Remote sessions sometimes lag, especially with slower networks. The reporting section could also be more detailed, and its updates take too much time. Apart from these issues which I feel, the tool works well for everyday use.

SOTI MobiControl software helps me to solve some of the major device management challenges such as remote support and device tracking. We can easily monitor where our devices are and also provides support without the necessity of physical access. This saves a lot of precious time and managing multiple devices much more effectively.

Its remote control is built-in and hence provides smooth interface with devices. Geofencing and Location tracking for logistic devices provides live tracking facility.

SOTI Support services are not very well responsive. Hence, we internally provide managed services for our SOTI customers.

Logistic devices are easy to track, and it's easy to troubleshoot their issues remotely. SOTI provides wide range of platforms support and flexible device scripts feature that makes manageability easy and user-friendly.

Mobicontrol is easy to troubleshoot and it is very easy to navigate the system.

If you have android and iOS devices in your environment, you need two different deployment servers; one for android devices and the other for iOS devices. It would have been nice if you didn't require multiple servers for deployment.

The configuration of the software is easy as well as setting up enrollment profiles. It's a very powerful piece of software.

We have Windows and Android mobile devices, and Mobicontrol makes it extremely easy to push updates to our internally developed software to all our devices. This makes it easy for patching and security updates.

Managing a fleet of

SOTI Mobicontrol remote view and manage option is a good feature. The reason is we can troubleshoot issues in a few minutes. Geo-location tracking is another best feature. Device details and device alert is a good feature. Geofences is a good feature.

The device, when we go sleep mode agent, will not communicate with the console. Some devices can not take remote control only remote view. Can not disable reset device using volume up butten and lock button.

SOTI only supports android enterprise recommended devices.
