I use this in my business to create sheets and share with clients. This helps maintain accountability for all parties.

I really love how easy it is to use Google sheets and sharing is made so simple that all you have to do is click share and type their email.

If there is a way to make it to where you are the only one allowed to make changes I haven't found it as of yet.

I'm only disappointed that I didn't create this. As I said it is an awesome tool. It looks and feels like Microsoft's Excel but easier to use.

Free and easy versus paid and not as easy. Use it and you'll love it!

We use Sheets to gather customer information. With the customer actively logged in we can see the changes real time and adjust their phone system accordingly. This has been amazing for us as we used to make an Excel spreadsheet, send it to the customer to have them fill it out, then return it to us. When they needed to make changes we would end up with several versions of the same spreadsheet. With Google Sheets it's 1 spreadsheet per customer.

I need simplicity sometimes and it can become a little more complicated for what we needed.
