.I had a nice experience with solarwind ftp which I had used in a situation where wanted to do a file transfer from palo alto which was easy to setup and the transfer was quick

I don't think there is anything to dislike as it's more user friendly

Will it make a version with Linux based as well for supporting linux based platform drvices

I like Serv-U because it has a web client and a desktop client. It is available for a wide variety of languages. Another feature that I liked was its configuration wizard, which helped me quickly configure the domains of the servers as well as to configure the users with their credentials. It is also responsible for creating an exception for the Firewall, so that there are no problems with the connection.

The software depends on Java to run, so if you do not have it installed Serv-U will not go anywhere.

UI is kinda outdated and not responsive, it's not free and quite expensive.

Simple office FTP server, it's a great tool mostly because it's easy to install and use it in multiple OSes.
