I love the user interface of Softr and the ease with which it allows developers to learn. The learning curve was really helpful and made it far quicker for us to get our ideas out into a working piece of software. In a very short amount of time, we've built a platform that's absolutely leaps and bounds above any off-the-shelf product we could have imagined.

We'd love to see more than three user groups included in the pro platform. For the type of product that we're trying to build, three just simply isn't enough. I mean, that barely covers our internal team, let alone different client review groups.

Softr lets us easily build a custom client portal when off-the-shelf options fell short, making it quicker to transform ideas into working software with a user-friendly interface.

I like that Softr has AI integrated into the system, making it very helpful for someone like me who isn't a developer. It's a no-code platform that is very easy to build with, allowing me to create new modules and sections without needing to learn coding. The initial setup was pretty easy, and for the simpler workflows, I could figure it out without much help. Even for more complex workflows, the setup didn't require a lot of support, and I felt well-supported. I'm pleased with Softr and find it to be a good tool.

Sometimes I like the Vibe coding block, but then I feel like after creating the Vibe coding block, it doesn't always allow me to make easy updates to that without having to Vibe code further, which actually takes more time. I'd appreciate more ability to edit Vibe coded blocks myself with the normal formatting that Softr provided before the AI Vibe coding block.

I use Softr to build a platform for students and parents, helping handle role-based access and utilizing AI to generate designs. It enables conversations with AI for targeted insights and is no-code, making it easy for non-developers to create engaging educational platforms.

Every feature is very well thought out; 99% of the flows for a website are already considered. The AI chat assistance, the ease of use, and the incredibly fast support for users are just outstanding. Integrations like Airtable are very useful, as well as payment gateways. Although in some flows it has become a bit slow, I think it has to do with my configuration, however, I can resort to the snaps they manage to go back to when something was working. The price seems excellent for what it offers, I would like you to help us with promo codes sometimes since I want to stay with you as a provider :)

That it's not in Spanish, I would like to be able to use it in my language, but actually, I am very happy with what it provides.

It solves the problem of hiring developers or database people for me, considering that in an MVP I must first test the idea before undertaking a large development, which might possibly be changing, and that also seems like a great feature to me that you allow changing the design without having to modify the entire website, just small blocks. You are very up-to-date.

I like how quickly I can turn an idea into a live, mobile-friendly app without writing code. Softr’s clean blocks, simple data connection (Google Sheets/Airtable), and ready-made pages let me launch a professional-looking biotech hub in hours, not weeks. The free plan is enough to prototype, test, and share with my network, which is perfect at this stage.

The free plan has limits on users and branding, and some advanced features (custom domains, deeper customization, more complex workflows) require upgrading. For heavy, highly custom apps, you may eventually need more flexibility than Softr provides, but for prototyping and early-stage projects it’s very capable.

Softr is solving the problem of turning my biotech vision into a live, shareable app without needing developers or a big budget. It lets me quickly structure my venture (BIOTECH HUB USA — BIOKOR-RT) with clear pages for focus areas, events, and collaboration, and share a working link with alumni, researchers, and potential partners. This speeds up validation, feedback, and early engagement, so I can iterate the concept in public instead of waiting for a “perfect” build.

I find Softr very easy to set up and appreciate the powerful AI Vibe Coding features it offers. It's great that the real website code is still available to change, so there is no 'blind AI Coding.' I was able to take an app from idea to live in about 8 hours, a process that would typically take a whole team of developers months.

I've been using Softr to build web applications and client-facing portals without needing to write code. What impressed me the most is how quickly I can turn an idea into a functional website or app.

I also appreciate the built-in user authentication, responsive design, and customizable blocks that let me create professional-looking projects much faster than traditional development.

I appreciate that Softr enabled us to structure and present interactive pages in a way that many other providers couldn't, coupled with a reliable connection function ensuring information is accurately stored. I like the functionality and usability of Softr, as it has been great. The vibe coding blocks allow for a far wider range of possibilities than I originally anticipated. They let me fill in the gaps in native capabilities with features like date range filters and a reliable multi-select record function. Even with limited knowledge, I managed to build a well-functioning system within 6 weeks.

I'm not thrilled with the limitations on AI credits, even though we have a relatively high band membership. Over a month, we were only able to fully polish 3/4 blocks, and I wish there was more capacity. It also could be clearer what 1 credit is equivalent to or how many credits certain actions use. Sometimes small edits use more credits than expected, and it's hard to understand why.

The most helpful thing about Softr is the speed at which ideas can be turned into working solutions. As someone who is not a developer, I was able to build a supplier portal connected to Make.com and automate large parts of our communication process. The user management, permissions, and overall ease of use make it possible to solve real business problems without a dedicated development team.

Overall, my experience with Softr has been very positive. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be additional flexibility in advanced workflows and automation triggers. While Softr covers most common use cases very well, some more complex business processes still require external automation tools. More native workflow capabilities and deeper customization options would make the platform even more powerful for business users.

Softr helps us solve the challenge of collecting and managing information from external suppliers in a structured and secure way. Before using Softr, much of this communication happened through emails, which was time-consuming and difficult to track.
