It saves me lot of time as a developer, I don't have to write test cases all the time just need to click and drag to create a new test. It even find the bugs I couldn't catch.It tests my application with different platforms so I don't have to worry about application breaking in different devices.

Because of its automated functionalities it is lacking some customization capabilities and the price point is lit bit high compared to the other testing tools in the market and the customer support is not available all the time. so we have to wait for them to respond. Otherwise the product is amazing.

As a software developer I have to test my new application features, accuracy and speed. So before sofy I have to write all the test cases manually so it will break most of the times and it is very much time consuming. After I started using sofy, because of its capability to write and run the test cases automatically there is no need for me to write the test cases manually so it is saving me lot of time and energy.

Sofy is a great platform for ramping up test coverage quickly and reliably. One of the key features that drew us towards Sofy was its ability to make API requests from within a test. Our app requires a 2-way sync between our platform, and Sofy was the only platform, at a great price point, to serve our needs. I can't recommend Sofy enough and anticipate their growth and product enhancements.

I recommend working closely with your technical account manager much earlier to iron out best practices. Doing so will increase your test writing velocity and make the test suite more resilient.

Automation has an almost non existent ramp up time for the majority of features. One can easily automate most functionality without any complicated rampup or need for handholding.

There are occasional slowdowns when recording testcases, especially in some devices. The slowdown is being addressed, but it can be frustrating for those devices.

There were some things that Sofy may not have had that competitors had, but their support is very responsive and they quickly address those things and work with you to ensure adoption.

mobile test are super powerful , but when web steps are required sofy fails .

That it is moreover like scripting where you can create test data and pass the value and handle if else condition via record and play. This helps to script within the sprint in couple of hours and reduce manual work with extra features like JIRA, CI-CD.
