Have really enjoyed using SocialBu as a social media management platform. The most cost effective platform I've come across that can manage multiple channels at a costly amount. It's rare to have this flexibility. It has the basics - but the basics is what you need.

Excellent Service, Excellent Price, Solid Roadmap!
Overall, I am quite satisfied with SocialBu. The cost to benefit ratio is fairly balanced, and their constantly updating platform means many of the features you might want right now are likely to appear in the future. Their customer service is quick to respond and help find solutions to bugs and solutions.

**Pros**
1) Customer service. They're generally quick to respond to address bugs and problems you're having with your account. They'll also follow-up to make sure the issue didn't crop up again. That takes top marks in my book.

2) For what you pay, you get quite a lot of features and options.

3) If what you need is a system that can schedule to multiple accounts with the option to customize for each account, this does precisely that. It also has a solid queue system to make it easier to schedule content for high-performance users.

4) Most of the features are fairly easy to use, including the browser extension. Once you understand what SocialBu can do, it's pretty easy.

5) It works as described pretty much all of the time. I can't recall if the system ever went down in the 2+ years I've used it.

6) The roadmap is solid and the community requests section nets meaningful results. Smaller features are likely to happen pretty quickly. More complicated ones might take a few months. But if the community wants it, they'll get it done.

**Cons**
1) It isn't as feature rich as some of its competitors, but it's also half the price of some of its competitors. This is not a problem for me as an individual user who manages social media for a podcast as a hobby. I don't know if it would affect folks who need this system as a business solution, so do your own research.

2) The app, in my opinion, still needs a little work to iron out the kinks. It works, and it's fine, but it's not quite as smooth as it could be.

Disclaimer: Back in 2023, I was forced to move my social media activity to another platform when the SMMS I had been using cut support for the primary platform I was using at the time. While searching for a suitable alternative, a SocialBu rep reached out to ask questions about what I needed, present some of SocialBu's features, and offer a one-time discount to try it out. I've stuck with them ever since!

Great platform
I switched from a different Social Media scheduling platform mainly because of cost and the fact that it didn't allow me to post on BlueSky. Ive found SocialBu easy to use with some great features and highly recommend it.

Amazing tool!

Competitive price. Lots of networks. Good support.
We chose to give SocialBu a try because of its competitive pricing. We were positively surprised by their support for startups which are typically strapped for cash in the beginning with a generous startup program. The number of supported networks is good. Scheduling and the approval process (with text feedback on rejection!) works well. The email support is friendly and responsive. We'll probably stick with it over buffer.com
The only think I will miss from buffer is the ideas board to collaborate with my team in the creation process of posts.
