User Friendly Interface, Customizable, Great Customer Service

What do you like best about SnapHop?

The system has a user-friendly interface with lots of options to customize. The customer service and implementation teams were extremely helpful

What do you dislike about SnapHop?

The system wasn't quite right for some of our needs as a federal contracting healthcare supplier. We supply the government with several different EEOC reports that were difficult (but not impossible) to implement.

What problems is SnapHop solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system combined several of our other systems into one, causing less back and forth between systems. It definitely helped streamline some of our processes.
