We utilize Smart Publisher to keep track of all our sales by our reps and also track placement for our digital and print ads. It’s a huge database for us that holds years upon years of information

The software itself is very outdated and searching for a particular client sale is not always a streamlined process. It does hold a ton of information in regards to each sale, but in order to find it you have to know exactly what you’re searching for. When we run reports for upcoming digital e-newsletters due, the system exports into an excel sheet with a lot of unnecessary other data.

Look for a different more simplified software, it’s very outdated and we don’t recommend

We are able to keep track of how long we’ve worked with all of our clients, what types of ads their purchasing and how often, however overall it’s not the most user friendly system in terms of data retrieval and has crashed on us before.
