The reports are accurate. I like I can order one of all three reports at one time. This allows me to only pay for what we need and not extra reports. I also like threads of the drop down address bar once I took auto fill off. Each report is between $10 and $20 each, so make sure you need all three before buying each report.

If your computer has auto fill it is hard to get to the drop down menu for the address. The system requires that you select their address and not just type one in. If you type it in,the report is blank. It isn't an actual bank report, but you do not get an error message just a bank PDF or HTML page with the client information at the top. You are not charged for these blank reports, but if you attempt to reorder a credit report for the same client in an attempt to fix the address, it will tell you that you have duplicate orders. We have found that you need to go into the original order and edit the information then resubmit for a actual report.

Good product. Watch any auto fill and use the addresses provided in the drop down. If an error occurs on a report because of missing or incorrect information, you will not receive an error message. You will only have a PDF or HTML that has no data other than the clients name and address at the top. We love the ease of this product and the fact we are able to pick one , two or three reports in one pull. This allows us to save time and money, and allows our customers to know one or more report if we pull it. I have not used other Fico or Beacon credit report software, but I have used some advantage for educational purposes and these are inexpensive for a Fico, and Beacon score while being accurate.

We use this to get a price point for debt dismissal. It is helpful because the reports are up to date and accurate. We have been able to immediately pull a credit report with either FICO or Beacon scores for review. This software has saved us time and money, by being efficient and allowing me to chose the reports I wish to pull.
