Also staying in contact with my clients via text is essential right now.

What do you like best about SlickText?Slicktext campaigns are easy to use. I like how I can keep all of my contacts in one location and campaign to them based on needs for messaging.What do you dislike about SlickText?I don't dislike anything. If I had to choose, I wish I could vet leads in Slicktext directly.What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?Messaging clientele on a regular basis. It's been fantastic having this tool to help us create campaigns.

What do you like best about SlickText?It's easy to view analytics and schedule messages. We also really like and use the mobile coupons feature to get deals into our customers' hands.What do you dislike about SlickText?We don't have any major complaints about SlickText.What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?Mobile coupons are great for allowing guests to redeem offers that expire automatically after use.

What do you like best about SlickText?It is a simple tool to use and it provides us another avenue to connect with our constituents for events or programs.What do you dislike about SlickText?Nothing specific that I can think of now.What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?Uploading contact lists.

What do you like best about SlickText?The system is easy to navigate but the best feature for us has been the ability to add unlimited team members in a shared inbox at no additional cost. We have a distributed team of contractors who need access to the system.What do you dislike about SlickText?We are still early in our adoption phase but haven't run into any issues yet!What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?It allows us to give access to our contract team members to communicate with individual customers and targeted groups in their geographic areas while still maintaining oversight and control of all messaging. At the same time, we can use the system to run larger marketing campaigns to existing customers.

What do you like best about SlickText?The main reason I picked SlickText was because of the "Join Links" so I could have a brain-dead way for my followers to join my text list. The Join Link was so easy to set up and it's been helping my subscriber base grow steadily without much effort. Apart from that, setting up the broadcasts/campaigns is so simple.What do you dislike about SlickText?Paying for replies. It makes it tough to think of it as a two-way communication channel vs broadcast medium.What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?Growing and maintaining SMS channel...especially dealing with all the legal/opt out stuff. It's super helpful to have something to say, log in, type it out, hit send, and immediately see visitors on my website. Even though it cost money to send, it's worth it "owning" the audience vs just renting it from other platforms.

What do you like best about SlickText?Easy to use and the guardrails keep us 100% compliant.What do you dislike about SlickText?Text marketing is expensive. Effective but very expensive. We would use it more if the pricing was better.What problems is SlickText solving and how is that benefiting you?Text marketing bypasses the inbox. Would 100% Recommend.
