Great customer servicer. Ease of setup. Great documentation / SDK.

I haven't found anything yet :) Hopefully, I won't.

I'm building an application that enables our reps to text from within the application. Being able to do this allows for a streamlined approach to communicating with our customers. (I've also built out the capability to email and call from within the application.

The ease and the support! There are lots of resources to help us do things ourselves without having to loop in Support, but even when we do, it's solved really quick.

Nothing. I've had zero qualms. All reps have been great, the platform is almost common sense, and the videos are very helpful.

SMS campaigns with unique voucher codes! Not a lot of SMS platforms offer that, which is the main reason we went with Slick Text.

SlickText's interface is very easy to use. Workflows are intuitive and the supplied templates are super helpful.

Analytics would be better if I could download data for campaigns and workflows.

We use SlickText for our non-profit clients fiundraising campaigns and the use of the messages has increased the amount raised as participants respond better to text than email.

Very prompt and helpful customer service.

There are no areas of improvement that I would request.

Their customer service is excellent.

Easily Directing people to websites.

We have been using more workflows for new customers over the past year and have seen a much higher engagement rate with our marketing and in-person events thanks to that. We've also been able to provide more event and group reminders seeing an uptick in attendance just because were in-the-know and not relying on a buried email somewhere. QR Code generation has been great inside SlickText. We used to pay for a separate service but now don't have too.

MMS (picture messages) can eat credits fast. We've had a couple things happen on a weekend and support had to wait until Monday when the team was back in.

We're able to better communicate with our audience.

I love how easy it is to edit campaigns and talk 1:1 using the conversations. I also like the link tracking feature plus the tools for capturing subscribers (mainly the keywords and web forms)

I wish there was a way to easily segment the lists to exclude people. There's only an option for who to send it to, no "do not send to" option. This would be helpful when sending targeted messages instead of having to create a new list or edit an existing one every time.

We are finding benefits in using it to send event reminders to our members and lead magnets to prospect clients

Easy to create campaigns and use. I like the support the team has to offer.

Nothing really, maybe it can be too complicated for a non tech user but i find it easy to use.

Outreach to old clients

It is easy to use and the interface is easy to navigate.

I can't think of any downsides. The hardest part was the initial setup, but after that it's been smooth sailing.

It's getting our weekly live auction information out to our customers.

I really like how reliable and easy it is to use day to day. Message scheduling is straightforward and it has made communicating with employees easier. I really like how I can draft up a message and save it and modify it as many times as I want. It really has made life easier.

Overall, I have not had any issues with SlickText.

We are using SlickText for emergency messages to all of our employees.
