We use Skyvia Backup as an additional safeguard for our Pipedrive CRM data, and it has proven to be both reliable and easy to manage. The automated backups run smoothly, and the interface makes it straightforward to browse snapshots, compare changes, and restore individual records when necessary. For a small team, the “set it and forget it” approach is exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it’s a simple and dependable solution that gives us real peace of mind.

I like that Skyvia Backup's setup was really easy and that it works silently in the background. The pricing is very fair, which is important for our budget. The product saves me 1-2 hours of my time every week, which I really appreciate, and I don't have to worry about handling backups myself anymore. In the capacity that we have been using them, HubSpot backups, I did not find any downsides.

We needed a reliable service that we could use to backup up our extensive HubSpot data "offsite". Skyvia checked off all the right boxes. They were dependable, easy to manage and had various options that was suited to what we were looking for.

We have a number of SaaS apps, such as Asana, which have no good native backup and most SaaS companies don't actually promise to keep your data safe. Skyvia is a great solution for protecting our SaaS data. It's easy to use, reliable, and feature rich.

Cuystomer service is quite responsive as well. I'm very happy with this product.

No complaints. I suppose their billing system could be a little better integrated into the product, but it's no big deal.

Easy to use environment. We set it up to back up our CRM and we are done with it for good. It keeps all the backups at one place and if we need something we can simply retrieve it.

When we started setting up we had a small hurdle that backup gave errors for some fields.

We immediately got a workaround from support so we could use it, and soon after issue was solved.

We bought Jira Cloud, which supplies us only a local backup. Their backup takes a long time, and the manufacturer indicated that issues could arise when users modify the database during backup. The backup was not automatic. Skyvia saved us the effort of manual backups, made them secure in a Cloud, and also backs up the Jira configuration, something Jira itself cannot do. So from a remote source (the Cloud) a deleted Jira instance can be completely restored. Fortunately, we have not had to restore our Jira instance.

What I like the most is pricing. It's one of the most affordable on the market. Everything related to SFDC is expensive, but Skyvia allows you to save a lot of costs on Salesforce data storage.

I have no complaints. Everything works great.

Skyvia Backup is a very low-maintenance backup product that just works.
