I really appreciate how Skykit has made it so much more efficient to gather, organize, and present data to the entire company. It saves us a lot of time and allows us to focus on our core business instead of wrestling with multiple, disjointed solutions.

We are not strong in IT so setting it up took a little time but simple overall.

This is helping communicate to our team and make it easy for managers to update and manage the content across the plant.

I use Skykit for work in HR and business communications and find it powerful and quick. I really appreciate how easy it is to quickly and easily post content to multiple locations. The administration is straightforward and hassle-free. I also like the predefined programs that allow me to divide the screen so multiple pieces of content can be displayed, which is very handy. The tickers are engaging and make the screens feel current, as they take the guesswork out of how to split the screens, making content look good in the predefined spaces. Plus, the ticker's ability to pull in live content automatically is very useful for tracking live events. The initial setup of Skykit was very easy.

Sometimes the hardware needs to be power cycled. I would say the naming of the "features" such as programs, and tasks, I feel like those don't line up with what I think of them as. I haven't used the system for long so I may be mistaken.

I find Skykit quickly and easily posts content to multiple locations with easy administration. It divides screens for displaying multiple content pieces effectively, and tickers help track live events, making screens feel current.

Skykit listens to their customers and uses that feedback to make updates that improve user experience.

The Skykit site can be slow to update when switching out content, making it tedious to make a lot of changes at once

Skykit is helping us to send out communications about benefits, events, and other updates/communications to employees who might not regularly check their emails, as well as help remind employees who do regularly check their emails about the company communications.

We really like how Skykit provides a simple, centralized interface to manage digital signage across 80 sites. It’s consolidated our approach and eliminated the cumbersome PC setup and Office licensing we previously relied on. Skykit Control also gives us the flexibility to manage each site and quickly see what every signage display is showing—especially helpful for corporate staff, HR, and marketing. We’ve also benefited from consistent communication with our Customer Success Manager, and Skykit Support was responsive and knowledgeable throughout our initial rollout of roughly 150 devices, which made the transition smooth for staff at each site. We rolled out in early 2025 and continue to meet monthly with our CSM to review product improvements, share feedback, and plan for expanding our device count.

Device management controls could be stronger, especially around bulk actions, troubleshooting, and visibility into device status across many locations. I’m looking forward to the enhancements they’ve shared in this area. Tenant sharing is another area for improvement. Since each site is its own tenant, more granular controls for sharing content and managing distribution to sub-tenants (e.g., role-based permissions and tighter scoping) would make multi-site governance easier.

The software is very advanced and takes some practice to be efficient, but there is a ton of support.

They are always adding support, and widgets

Being able to load ads remotely from our corporate office.

our company was using Axis TV before for Digital signage, OMG it took me 6 to 8 hours to setup the PC and

upload contents, publish and deploy information. with Skykit device I can setup/configure, and it is ready to use

in just 30 minutes or less. what a big difference, save time and save manpower, resource for the company.

News feeds updates - seem set for the day.

Impressive to guests as they walk in the door. "Selfies" by the screen is a normal reaction, as they walk in the door. Sets the tone for the meeting by saying to the guest, we are glad you are here.

I love that I can upload in one click to multiple displays in my school. I also love that I can do it from my phone, and I have multi-users on the platform. It is so easy to use!

Not really a downfall yet- I've been using it since September and have had no issues.

I use SkyKit to share information with our students. We have 7 tv's on it, and I post and update a Google slide each day to give the students daily info at and about school happenings. My favorite are the two we have in the cafeteria. The kids will actually talk about things up there, which is the whole point. I usually put the same things on the tv's, but sometimes change up the cafeteria ones to get kids talking. I love it.

The product is designed to be easily scaled which was an essential element we considered when picking a digital signage provider. Implementation was as easy as plugging in the device and getting it connected to our network. When an issue came up, getting ahold of customer support was quick and easy. The feature list continues to grow, and integrating it with our existing Salesforce account was smooth.

As with any software there is a little bit of a learning curve, but between our dedicated customer success manager and the online knowlege base it didn't take much time to learn. Skykit also offers training sessions during the implementation faze to assist in getting customers up to speed on the product.

We were looking for a solution to help us display Salesforce data easily on back of house signage so that employees can stay up to date on where various deals are and which producers are responsible for these deals. Skykit's dashboard solution has made this possible. We also were looking for a way to display newsfeeds, internal employee updates, and other content that is easy to manage from anywhere.
