Benefits in filtering exact candidates which is matchable with job requirement

We had used Sixth Sense ERP for our recruiting process and maintain the database of job seekers and applicants and also we have done the billing and payment process for the applications through this. On this way it helps us to maintain the database effectively and integrated the job portals in it which helped us a easy recruiting process.

The sixth sense restricted us to maintain a limited database so that we cannot store more applicant datas and there were server issues while billing and processing the payments. Thats the only problem we had with Sixth sense.

We used sixth sense for billing and paying the applicants we had. But there were some problems with billing. The Sixth sense team helped us regarding the server issues and other issues we had in portal integration.

It helps us make the right decisions, like a sixth sense of ours helping in making good decisions before planning anything.

Sixth sense doesn't support the entire end-to-end recruitment activity compared to Ceipal.
