Gene is AMAZING
The support that we received from Gene was INCREDIBLE. She was very responsive and kept us up to date, even though it was upsetting that we could not use our account during a very busy time. Gene was transparent, provided frequent updates, and was sympathetic to our situation.

We would love to know how we can avoid having our account deactivated in the future. We want to ensure that we are following policies so this does not happen again.

Gene and the rest of the team put a lot of effort into solving an issue for our business. They kept us updated on every step and reached out without being asked to ensure we new what was happening. They responded quickly, with kindness, and I could not be happier with the customer service we received. I understand there was a typhoon affecting the area where some (or all, I am not sure) of the employees are working.
