Excellent product with really great customer support

What do you like best about simpleERB?

Simple interface, relatively intuitive to use. They seem to have thought through most of the requirements of a booking system and integration with websites. I have been live on this a few weeks now and all the bookings have come through seemlessly

What do you dislike about simpleERB?

The interface is a little old fashioned and clunky. Some of the forms (like setting up tables) require you to go in and out to access each table property but overall the downsides are limited for what is a very good tool.

Recommendations to others considering simpleERB?

This is a free or very cheap reservation system that works really well and the support for this product is fantastic.

What problems is simpleERB solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this as our online and offline table booking system.
