Simcad Pro is really easy and helpful for developing a real life model for products with no coding knowledge. It helps with the clear 3D simulation, modeling and various analysis with amazing applicability.

I don't find any dislikes inSimcad Pro. It is simply great.

Simcad Pro helped me to automate line validation and visualization. Also it helps with complexcapacity modeling and various resource allocation.

It's very much easier to develop real life model of products in both 2d and 3d and require no coding knowledge for the same. It allows us to test our products in very real looking scenarios like failures to exactly know out products limitations and it reduces the cost for testing.

It has a steep learning curve and the cost is not competitive enough to justify it's use case and we need to have high end systems to test it's usefulness.

Simcadpro is useful for all educational puropoeses who is looking for free softwares to simulate . this helps students to gain knowledge in free of cost , no other softwares helps like this . user freindly & support from the helpcenter are quick. Implementation of the software is easy , which have most of the unique & basic features to learn execution in simplest way.

Software gets crashed sometimes, need to be fixed with some bugs .Ai features should be redesigned for latest experience.

Ai integration is getting better through every update . Quick response to simulation saves the time of the users.

We used Simcad Pro on multiple lines to validate the proposed design and correct the automation sequencing and timing on high-speed welding lines. We also use it to visualize and explain the automation lines to our clients, both in 2D and 3D space. The best part is that we can run quick scenarios on the line with our client present and show the impact of different speeds and buffer sizes while the simulation was running.

We also use Simcad Pro to generate the PLC control logic required, identify optimum buffer sizes, and analyze the effect of downtime/OEE on the line.

Support is top-notch, and we continue to use Simcad Pro for new implementations.

No downside to the product. It performed as expected.

It's user-friendly and straightforward. This software has been much easier to learn than simulation software I've used in the past, and we have been able to get outputs from the software I didn't think we would be able to pull from it. It's a really great software.

So far, we have not had any problems that our SimCad representatives have not handled. The team we are working with has been a massive help in overcoming any roadblocks that came up. We have had a few slow model runs, but we have overcome these problems with the team's help.

I think Simcad Pro is a great and user-friendly software. The tutorials are an excellent way to familiarize yourself with the software, and the team is extremely helpful in guiding you in the right direction. I'm very glad we are utilizing SimCad in making our models.

We are looking at a manufacturing plant and trying to optimize throughput. We have made some great bounds in identifying bottlenecks and seeing potential future problem areas in the factory floor. We have started testing what-if scenarios, such as improving cross-training, adding machines, adjusting batch sizes, resource constraints, and optimizing release schedules. I am excited to see what these scenarios will show us, as we proceed with optimizing the model.

While the website is informative, the loading speed can be frustratingly slow at times.
