It allows me to easily create sign-up forms to track interest and attendance metrics for events.

The outdated UI leads to a rough user experience, and it can sometimes be hard to find the feature or action I’m looking for.

I use it to estimate and forecast attendance metrics for events, and to decentralize task assignments across the team.

Signup Genius lets teachers easily organize multiple conferences on the same day. When a parent requests a conference, I can send them an email with a link to sign up. This allows the parent to choose the best available time that works for them. It helps keep me organized when I have 15+ back to back meetings in one day.

It is a little difficult to remember how to set up the sign up sheet exactly each time I use it. I was there was a saved button that would set up the sign up sheet the same way I used it in the past.

Teachers are able to keep in contact with parents and easily share their meeting schedule with other parents and administrators. It saves a lot of time and effort trying to organize back to back meetings on the same day.

SignUpGenius is easy to use for any type of sign up. Parent conferences, party invitations, party sign up for people to bring things, pot luck and many more.

The only part I dislike is having adds on the page with the free sign-up.

Sign-Up Genius is solving the problem of keeping track of who signs up for what. It organizes the information and pushes the information out to clients or customers.

This is by far the easiest way to get people to sign up for whatever you need. It's easy to access and set up. You also get immediate feedback as soon as someone signs up.

I can't really come up with anything I dislike.

I need parent volunteers to help out at school events. I can create the time slots I need, and how many people I need for each slot, and send out the link through parent groups, school emails, etc. From there it can be shared with other groups. It doesn't take long before I have people signing up. If there are still slots open as the event approaches, I can simply resend the link. There's nothing more I need to do.

The options that it provides is amazing. The set-up is easy. It's free! You can customize the fields to collect just about any data you can think of. You have the option of adding your own image or using one of their's. I have used this service many times over the years for various things - both personal and work-related.

There isn't much to dislike. The service is free because they show ads beside the signup. It would be nice if you could chose the type of ads it displayed, to be sure it wasn't for something that was inappropriate for your business.

You can have people sign up for various time slots or various items. You can have it send them reminders before the event for what they signed up for. You can send a email to everyone who has signed up to give them additional details.

As a teacher, often scheduling student teacher conferences can be a nightmare for both the teachers at school and for the office staff you does most of the scheduling. It can be difficult to determine our conference slots and match them up with parent availability, However, SignUpGenius made this process so much easier! Slots were determined per teacher and then the parents were just able to sign up!

It takes some learning to understand how the program works. We did a trial session just to see if there would not be any overlap.

It has saved a lot of time when trying to schedule parent-teacher conferences. We have also used it for reservations of certain rooms in the building.

SignUpGenius can be blasted out via email quickly to your group or organization. There is plenty of customization to create the needed timeslots, size of pairings, and the ability to edit as needed. There are even calendar add-ons and email reminders of what you signed up for.

Aesthetically it is elementary. They also do have ads featured on their page and will lightly spam your inbox once you use their service. But the pros far outweigh the cons.

Coordinating a lot of people to help serve at a day-long event is now made easy. You do not have to coordinate many schedules and chase people down. SignUpGenius is an excellent tool for organization.

I like that you can customize your sign up/event/organizing to a theme and that you can invite your people really quickly all through the app. I've been pleased with not having to go through email with sign up genius.

I think some of the interface could use a face lift. There are some themes that look decent but others that look like they could use some kind of a front end designer with CSS knowledge to help tidy up the look and feel.

Event planning and coordination has been super smooth with sign up genius. We were using excel or google sheets prior to and it can get messy sharing out and others can change things that you don't want them to change.

The ability to customize the sign-ups for what I need is very simple with Signup Genius.

*It allows me to add several items and a quantity (such as a number of items or number of people needed).

*It can be setup for different days and times.

*Email reminders can be setup to send prior to the event.

It is easy to use and edit and I get notices when a slop gets used.

I use it to set up parent meetings and it isn't connected to my Google Calander. I would like to automatically generate Google Meets and send the parents the Google Meet code.
