Convenience for searching publications, and the specific emails are very useful.

So far, I dont have many negatives. Sometimes the search function for emails means that the publications included in the emails aren't directly relevant.

I use the Signal AI web app everyday for my job gathering insights. I can easily get my searches based on what I want to know about, based on my report requests, either by typing in keywords or making use of the trained entities, which will capture even more streamlined content. The latest updates make it even better and ease my job — the new AskAIQ feature complements the web app, where you gather relevant news and insights effortless just by asking questions to the chatbot, saving you time while keeping you informed, since it directly tells what you need to know. Plus, the theme landscape tool helps make sense of large media sets, giving a clear overview of trends, which for me is particularly useful since I have reports that go up to one year timefram. It was very easy to learn and easy to implement methodologies using the platform, and integrate in your team. And whenever we have any problem, we can contact customer support and they'll respond super fast.

As in all applications existing, there are still ongoing improvements and developments in need, like the integration of social media for example. But from the past 10 months until now there have been a lot of helpful developments and many more will come, just a little patience is needed.

i would say 80% of the news is encaptured by Signal, whilst the other 20% you will have to manually search for in order to obtain.

As previously stated - Signal AI is a one=-stop shop. its built to help you gather the news, read the news, and gather analytics around your orgainsations comms efforts. Furthermore, it helps track both print and online coverage.

Signal stands out vs the competition. We had a chance to compare several monitoring companies, and Signal's quality of monitoring, and, importantly, reporting, stood out. Added to that, the customer service is phenomenal.

As a heavily regulated business, we don't monitor publicity to see how our brand is mentioned, and to measure SOV. We also need media monitoring to manage and mitigate risk to the business. So, Signal is for us an essential tool.

Sometimes the service misses media mentions behind paywalls or when the company is mentioned in the bio or author line of an article.
