Opcenter Quality provides end to end solution for streamlining a firm's quality control system. It provides all the relevant metrics to boost growth. The entire workline can be digitized which would in turn reduce the defects and improve the quality of the product.
The UI design seems to be simple and adaptable which helps the staffs of the firm to transition into the digital world pretty quickly.
There is nothing major to be disliked about Opcenter Quality. However, I think that more customization plans could be introduced which would help all types of organizations to adapt as per their needs.
Also, the free trial version could be extended to longer durations which would help gain the trust of small firms.
Opcenter Quality manages to check all the boxes relevant to a good quality management system. It has good customer support team which is available to guide the businesses as required.

Many little things. The user interface is dated and hard to understand. The searching functionality isn't the best, only certain file forms can be attached. The software cannot me integrated or linked with other softwares to automatically update things.

Compliant Pro offers us a way to track our work requests and training records all in one place. It also is easy to change ownership and edit rights of documents, which makes transfer and completion of requests easier than it was with our previous program, IBM Notes.
The software is so outdated. It's like working on a computer from 1995. We migrated our controlled documents to CP from IBM Notes but honestly as of now they don't seem very different. Organization is key, but it's almost overly organized, so much so that things are buried in folders that take ages to find. Unless you know what you're looking for specifically, you'll never find it!
Pay for professional training and make sure that you send your employees. The software is NOT intuitive.
CP helps our lab track training records and controlled documents in order to sustain our ISO 9001 accreditation. It also logs changes of controlled documents in a master sheet, which is extremely helpful during audits.
