I really like the speed of response of the support team. I typically get a response within a few hours and that helps me out alot.

There are some features I'd like but they don't have.

The product allows me to generate very specific hot sheets with listing searches that I can create on my own. I also like that with the premium version I can have two websites with the IDX.

-How easy it is to look up addresses

-The clean look of it

-Customer Service

I liked a lot. This specific dislike is not really a dislike more of an improvement. I would try to make the map easier to navigate.

It is simple to set and I use it throughout my website.

The amount of time it took to initaling set it up. You have to be patient for the end result is totally worth it!

From a developer standpoint it's incredibly easy to setup, and we're wholly confident recommending it to our clients. It's great to offer a solution we know our clients will love. More importantly, we know the Showcase IDX team will continue improving their platform and staying on the bleeding edge. That is rare in an industry like real estate that's notoriously slow to embrace change.

I can't think of anything negative to say. They don't try to be something they're not. They stick to what they're good at and continue to get better and better.

Making sure the application is user-friendly is paramount to success in this space. They were also one of the first to fully embrace WordPress and make listings indexable. It feels like everyone else is still playing catch-up all these years later.

Ease of use, best in class for SEO and UX, nothing comes close.

Wish there were more customization options.

The IDX landscape is full of iframe and subdomain solutions and very few where a real estate listing can appear to be living on your site. More important that that is client retention. When you use Showcase IDX you're more likely to keep that visitor.

N/A - the software did everything I asked it to do.

Before installing Showcase IDX the first time on a. clients website, I examined numerous solutions to be integrated with wordpress. I identified those solutions through the WordPress Repository, as well as examining HTML code on various websites for San Diego, CA realtors. And All I can tell you is that no solution even compares with what Showcase IDX offer. There is no way I would steer clients towards any other solution.

My clients are realtors, they have a busy schedule. What's important to me is how their clients work with them through their websites. Showcase IDX helped me provide them with solutions that are simple and help provide them maximum conversion throughout their sales cycle.

The give me a website and property search tools that my clients actually use. Our team has used other IDX plugins in the past but our buyers kept going to Zillow or other portals. They now stay on our site and even tell their friends about it. Plus, their support team has been great and always willing to hop on a call when we have a question.

Nothing. We've been using them for a few months and are beyond happy with the change.

Look at the cheaper options from others and you'll see that they are missing "must haves" for any agent or team. If you need a website designer or theme, they have a great approved list. If you're changing from another IDX provider, talk to them about how to easily make the change. Super helpful and available on the phone.

We needed a portal quality property search on our site that buyers would actually use.

Our team moved over to Showcase IDX early last year. I can't say enough good things about them. Polygon search and other property search are incredible and our Google rankings have continued to increase. My clients love it. Seeing much more referrals to. Would definitely recommend the plugin for any realtor or team websites. Best IDX Wordpress plugin - great for SEO. So glad we're not on IDX Broker anymore.

Can't say there's anything I dislike. My designer and I had a few support questions but they jumped on a call and talked us through the customization.

Adding MLS listings and a property search to my wordpress website.

In my opinion, Showcase IDX has the easiest solution to set up custom searches and hot sheets for specific property pages. It usually takes less than a minute to set up a new search. On most other IDX platforms, it it much more complicated.

I would like to see more design options on the search, results and detail pages. The Showcase IDX designs are pretty basic and it would be great if there were a few different themes to be able to choose from as a starting point.

For me personally, I am moving a lot of my clients over to Showcase IDX from other companies and the team has been really great to work with. They have provided me with everything I need and the transition has been very smooth.
