What I like best about Shortlsyt is its efficiency in streamlining our candidate search. The platform's advanced algorithms and smart filtering capabilities make it easy to identify the most suitable candidates for our requirements.

While Shortlsyt has been incredibly helpful, one area for improvement could be enhancing the user interface for a more intuitive experience.

Shortlyst is solving the problem of inefficient and redundant candidate sourcing in our recruitment process. With Shortlyst, we are able to streamline our candidate search, eliminating repetitive tasks and saving valuable time. This benefit allows us to focus more on evaluating and connecting with qualified candidates, leading to a more efficient and effective recruitment process.

The filters allow us to search for candidates quickly and seamlessly. The built-in filing and organisation tool for people that we have contacted is also beneficial. To add to this, the ability to permanently store contact information and share them with the team is also very useful.

Since the data is mostly scraped through LinkedIn, it's still not very useful when searching for candidates that are often not found on LinkedIn or with a large online presence. It's also not as flexible as LinkedIn premium when sending full bodied messages though this is mediated by providing the candidate's emails.

Shortlyst is able to help with the ability to better shortlist candidates that are suitable for our needs. It also allows us to bypass the need for connecting via LinkedIn by showing their contact information. Our team is more productive using Shortlyst overall, with an increased CV recommendation by up to 50% each month.

One of the practical uses of Shortlyst is searching for the name and contact information of candidates.

Not allowed to send an image and a file, for instance, the job description for the project or positions that the candidate replied to.

We have easy access to pool applicants for our hiring position. We can quickly send a message to the candidates that we are not using the credits because when we send a message, we always include asking for their active email address and phone number. In that case, we are not using the credits because candidates are replying with their contact details, and with that also, we can say that they are interested because they responded to us.

Requires a process that is not instantaneous in approaching, the database is not really updated on daily basis, reveal contacts don't come out all. Security issues and crashes need to be addressed immediately so that the platform is not in vain.

So far we're still comfortable using Shortlyst, haven't found any downsides.

Usually, we have trouble getting the target's phone number, but shortlyst can provide it. And shortlyst's search filter is more complete, making it easier to find targets.
