Shipwire for All and for All a Good Shipment

What do you like best about Shipwire?

The platform is easy to use and can house order details for items purchased across several different applications and user interfaces. It's easy to use and intuitive.

What do you dislike about Shipwire?

I dislike the formatting of the return results from the search bar. The information and data is not clearly represented at first glance, requiring more time to retrieve the necessary details.

What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canadian Apparel orders can be shipped and processed in Shipwire instead of Shopify, which has proven to be a convenient way to access tracking logistics as needed.

Decent fulfillment management system

What do you like best about Shipwire?

.The interface is fairly user friendly and does tend to make my workflow simple

What do you dislike about Shipwire?

the general customer support is not US based and can be very slow to resolve issues, also upload of manual shipping labels is very tedious

It would be nice to be able to have more flexibility to make changes to orders during processing.

SW warehouse and will not return as a customer in the USA Look for other options.

What do you like best about Shipwire?

Relatively easy to use with Magento; UI is quite user-friendly.

- inventory mismanaged and "misplaced" routinely

Do not use shipwire

What do you like best about Shipwire?

It is easy to use but they don’t ship out on time, nor are they any help.

What do you dislike about Shipwire?

They do not ship out the packages out on time. And 1 out of 100 packages do not end up leaving their warehouse.

Recommendations to others considering Shipwire?

Don’t waste your time and money on shipwire. I’m pretty sure there are many other platforms like them who do a better/decent job.

What problems is Shipwire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a separate warehouse aside from shipwire. If shipwire doesn’t have the order shipped at within the time it’s supposed to be shipped, we can manually ship from our warehouse. There are no benefits.
