The simple user-interface allows our small team to process a high volume of shipments across all types of sales channels and customer types. They have integrations to ensure we can connect any part of our tech stack to their platform with a high level of performance, ensuring business continuity. Their automation features have provided quick ROI on tasks that were previously very manual and costly from a labor perspective. Their support team has been hand-in-hand with us when exploring and rolling out new features and unlocking new functionality.

I don't dislike anything. Anything left on the table is something that ShipStation is likely already developing or will work with us to ensure is on their roadmap.

They're also good at educating their clients on how to use ShipStation effectively, which I find valuable. Plus, the platform has really simplified my mailing process, saving me both time and money.

There were a couple times through different upgrades and interfaces where I thought the navigation might have used an improvement, but it seems more intuitive now.

I would like to have an option to build an automation that automatically divide 1 order that is over 50 lbs into multiple orders to reduce shipping costs. We still have to do that manually.

Of all of its competitors, it actually feels stable and works as intended. Signing up and re-signing up after a lapse can be a pain, but it's the most comprehensive, stable, cost-saving, and professional shipping platform of the ones I've researched and attempted to use, as well as actually used.

Interface design is intuitive and user-friendly and thorough, and I like that it connects with Stamps.com and that it's easy to apply funds. There's been great follow-up from support staff and sales staff as well. I will happily continue using ShipStation when I need them. Their email communication is clean and appropriate.

When I first started ShipStation, it wasn't clear who the discounts were available for, as in which vendors. But now it seems to be easier. By and large, just more discounts on all vendors. The more we save, the more we ship.
