Difficulty in the first entry - where I am shipping from. It didn't like the location: town, state and country I entered, or, how I entered it.

Some difficulty at first navigating the process, but finally got it down so easier to use.

Making labels is so easy with Shippo

Making labels is so easy with Shippo!
The setup time is almost nothing. You can import information from the commerce site you use or make labels by manually moving information over one at a time (that's what I usually do). I love that I get to see prices for USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL so I can easily choose the service I want to use. Purchasing insurance is a breeze. Printing labels is easy. If I need customer service, they get right back to me.

All-in-One Order Snapshot Makes Shipping Labels Fast and Easy

What do you like best about Shippo?The best feature of Shippo that I have not found with any other similair service is the ability for me to get a full snapshot of all the orders I am buying labels for. From there I can change the service on each shipment without having to leave the screen. If I have 15 orders and some go fedex, some ups, some canada post. I can shop the rates right on that screen, change the services and hit buy labels and it will print them all out.What do you dislike about Shippo?I dont have any dislikes currently. I did have an issue with billing for sometime where each label was getting billed individually and was just some extra work for AP but that has since been sorted out!What problems is Shippo solving and how is that benefiting you?Shippo allows me to populate all my shipping services in one place. I have it linked to shopify and the handshake between the two softwares makes life a lot easier. All new orders get populated into shippo, when the label is bought the tracking number goes back to shopify.

Overall Shippo has been a great…

Overall Shippo has been a great service. They have reasonable rates, options for carriers, time frames on shipments. All of your customers and shipments are stored in your account. I highly recommend them!
