Text-based communication is easy to access and use.

I dislike it when I am provided with a link to solve an issue or answer a question instead of receiving direct assistance. When we started using ShippingEasy, we did not face this problem initially. Considering the fee we pay for the service, I believe we should receive more support than just a manual.

It helps with assistance with finding the most suitable shipping costs and printing the labels.

Its best thing I like is we can manage our shipping centrally and ship our products by 1 platform. It is easy to implement. We can integrate with other shipping platforms as well which makes it easier and convenient to achieve our business targets.

It has some customer support limitations and sometimes user may find interface complex due to its advanced features. Also, there are some feature limitations.

ShippingEasy helped us in improving efficiency of our business and also helped us in delivering our orders and products to customers more reliably and quickly.

Making it easy to do all my shipping from one place

Shipping Easy allows us to easily organize and ship orders from across multiple eCommerce platforms. We currently have our Amazon and Ebay stores integrated and also use Shipping Easy to help ship orders from our own website as well. Not only does it organize all the orders in once place but we are able to set shipping rules based on product and package weights, dimensions, or categories. We also subscribe to the add-on marketing services which enables us to market to our customers as well. All-in-all Shipping Easy is a great service that provides ease of use, peace of mind, and convenience.

We would love to see an upgrade that would clean up or auto-fix address discrepencies. We spend a far amount of time having to do this manually which can be tedious.

Shipping easy allows us to take control of our shipping. We can set rules for specific items/packages that saves time for our shipping deptartment. Shipping easy will then also confirm back tracking information to any eCommerce platforms that are integrated which saves us time from having to confirm orders manually. The marketing add-on also can send emails to customers asking them to leave reviews & feedback.

ShippingEasy not only has the capabilities of traditional shipping software like label creation and carrier integrations like many others out on the market, but it also has inventory management capabilities, especially across a number of sales channels which other solutions usually do not. It has native integrations with major sales / e-commerce platforms that I use. It also has the added bonus of email marketing capabilities that other shipping solutions platforms do not and reporting exports tend to be better than other tools.

Although not a huge demerit for me, ShippingEasy doesn't have a mobile application. otherwise ShippingEasy is very similar to other tools on the market like ShipStation.

Best part of the software is UI. It is very friendly and easy to use. We deliver our shipments in most efficient manner. It got easily integrated with our ERP too. Great tool, truly satisfied

Nothing major, but if the scope of Integration can be widened it'd be good for us.

It is basically creating a smooth workflow due to which I can have a look of all my shipments and also saving me from expensive logistics cost.
