I like that the ShipperHQ dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. It's very quick to set up carriers with the integrations for credit or credentials, which makes the process straightforward. It's like cut and paste after that, which I really appreciate.

The table rates are a little bit cumbersome, having to put each individual rate in there. For different products that have different handling charges from manufacturers, it kinda gets a little strenuous and can add up very quickly when you're trying to find or make adjustments to new products.

I use ShipperHQ to quote ecommerce shipping prices and integrate table rates, allowing flat rate shipping and combining different drop ship and handling charges. It lets me shop rates quickly from UPS to FedEx on the same screen for customer selection.

Multiple shipping issues on one order. For instance, special handling fees for chemicals, drop-ship fees, and additional handling fees for special drop-ship items. ShipperHQ allows you to set up and charge individually for each of the special circumstances you might face on your storefront.

There is nothing that I actually dislike about ShipperHQ.

ShipperHQ solves a number of complex shipping scenarios and configurations, usually proper of a mid-market or enterprise merchants.

In general, ShipperHQ gives fairly accurate shipping dates and rates estimates, providing real-time shipping rates through a variety of different carriers.

They also allow custom dimensional rules for one-off, and odd product packaging sizes.

ShipperHQ gives us the ability to create shipping rules based on many different factors such as location, product, customer group, and more. We initially needed to create a surcharge for oversized items that were being shipped to the west coast and this app allowed us to do that easily.

The onboarding is a bit disorganized. I installed and configured the app which took some time. When we had been live for a few days, a representative from the company reached out to help us get set up. It turns out I didn't set it up the most efficient wy, but ended up leaving it because it was working.

We were losing money due to massive freight bills during late spring and early summer 2022, especially for large items being sent across the country. We needed to offset this cost by adding a flat fee for deliveries going to certain states.

We're able to customize shipping zones and shipping rates based on may things such as geographic location, item size, and more. We often ship bulky items across the country and we needed to create a fuel surcharge for certain states. Doing so with ShiperHQ was easy!

The table rates can be tricky to set up at first, but ultimately was the way to go for our shipping rule needs. The plans are based on shipping quotes generated which I think is odd. I would presume it would be based on the number of shipments.

We have several items which have become very expensive to ship because of increasing fuel prices. In order to combat that, we needed to implement a fuel surcharge for some (not all) of our items.

Our client has a unique set of products whose dimensions, weight, and price are calculated at the time the order is placed in Magento 2. Working with ShipperHQ's support team, we were able to find a solution. From sales through on-boarding through support, they have been responsive and analytical through all phases of set-up and delivery. Everything is working perfectly. Their knowledge base is extensive and focused upon the different configuration areas which is extremely useful. The ShipperHQ product is wonderful and by far the best that we have seen after canvassing the market for dimensional shipping weight extensions and applications.

Our only recommendation would be to include the capability of configuring the dimensional volume (l x w x h) at the time of order.

It has helped us solve dimensional shipping rate calculations, even ones that are changed at the time of the order. It allows us to single out particular products that require only ground delivery, and provides an elegant in-store pick up method for local customers.

We were looking for a third party software for our Magento store which can integrate seamlessly into our complex back-end and make different LTL carriers setup automatic based on weight, product dimensions along with assigned packaging (Boxes). After few months of searching, we came across ShipperHQ, Our Dev team tested the software for 3 months and then we signed up with Shipper HQ. Best thing was the seamless integration with Magento, Carrier availability and functionality.

We had to pay for New Penn integration since It was not available on the ShipperHQ LTL list. Which did take 3 months of development and a cost associated with that.

Shipper HQ works seamlessly with Magento OS or Commerce. However, the setup, testing and Going Live would take at least 6 months. Just be patient and work with the SHQ's implementation team.

The learning curve was about 6 months - Our Dev and technical team had to setup everything from scratch and it was time consuming effort. Second step was testing on staging and debugging. In the end, we rolled out the integration on the Live site and monitored it for a month. Now, its been close to 2 years and the software is working fine. Couple of glitches here and there, which we solve with the help of ShipperHQ customer service team.

I like being able to set multiple carriers for our website--standard carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as well as setting custom carriers such as our own shipping methods. It's helpful to set different shipping groups so that you can offer free shipping on smaller items, but charge shipping and/or handling charges for larger items/order.

Sometimes trying to figure out what is needed to make a shipping group work can be difficult. I'm not sure if it really is, or if it might be operator error.

We have been able to meet all shipping needs that our team comes up with, whether it be free shipping site wide, free shipping on select orders, or the carrier.

ShipperHQ has many great features. We ship large pallets and items that are 4m long, so the ability to write custom rules and easily incorporate freight surcharges is great! ShipperHQ integrates easily with BigCommerce and was relatively simple to set up. If you have any problems, there are lots of helpful articles online.

ShipperHQ overrides the entire shipping function in BigCommerce. This becomes a big problem when using the B2B edition, and you want to be able to provide custom shipping pricing to your customers.

All users should be able to enter custom shipping prices when quoting in the BigCommerce B2B edition. This is a native feature in the BigCommerce B2B platform, and I don't believe it's fair that ShipperHQ can override it and make it unusable. To make matters worse, if you do want access to the feature, you have to upgrade to one of the more expensive plans. It is already a pricey integration, and the idea that I have to pay to use a feature I'm already paying for as part of my B2B subscription doesn't sit right!
