I rated ShipMonk five stars for their excellent service. From the introduction call to the onboarding process, everything was smooth. I truly appreciate Anderson for helping me set up my account and guiding me through each step. With ShipMonk by my side, I feel confident growing my e-commerce business and completely worry-free about fulfillment. I highly recommend their services.

I am a customer who has moved on from ShipMonk but I will say that they really did most everything that they said they would do. My company's needs didn't really fit with ShipMonk's offering, but they were a great company to work with. I believe I was the issue many times when we had problems.

Bryce was absolutely amazing! Our business is quite unique and we needed a little extra assistance with getting some specific things set up. She was super friendly, always willing to help, down to earth and went above and beyond! She and the rest of the team made the transition seamless and we are very excited to be with ShipMonk!

We grew to big to be able to fulfill all of our orders ourselves, and took on ShipMonk after comparing rates with Bob the competitor (SM's were better).

The tech is super user friendly, as complicated as you need but not unusable for a regular person. And no stupid add-ons. The right amount of customizeable.

Their response times are stellar, as are the shipping times. Has made scaling 1,000x easier! Katy has been our savior week in week out on countless shipping dilemmas and obstacles!

Sophia was great at the beginning of our conversations, Todd was fantastic in finalizing the agreement and understanding the particularities of our business, and Bryce provided outstanding support during the onboarding and integration — with exceptional patience, constant follow-ups, and close attention to every detail (and Ron also stepped in wonderfully while Bryce was out of office).
